why is monstrous shrine always active?
It says it only works when a survivor is on a basement hook yet its icon is always highlighted on.
unlike iron grasp and agitation they are only active when carrying someone.
also monstrous shrine needs a buff how about 2% bonus on all non basement hooks

It's like OLD AF, that's why.
It didn't get single change since release in 2016 as far as I know. Yet devs aren't doing anything for it, like a rework to make it better and healthier perk design wise.

Because if you think about it, the perk is technically always active. There's always the debuffs on the hooks, irregardless of if there's actually a survivor on them or not.
Unlike Agitation and Iron Grasp, who's effects only switch on when there's a survivor on your shoulder, MS is one that's always active so the perk icon is always lit
It's like Nurse's. The perk icon is always lit because it's always active and searching, regardless of if someone's actually healing

I'm pretty sure that perk being active all the time is a bug and BHVR STILL haven't addressed this game-breaking perk?!
