The DS nerf
Honestly what the hell is this. The state of this game right now is awful especially since doing practically anything after being hooked cancels the anti- tunnel perk itself. There's almost no uses for this perk unless you are tunnelled right off the hook and given 0 time to do anything. Killers aren't afraid of going ahead and chasing the person they literally just hooked because the chances are the survivor had done at least one thing to help out the other survivors such as: healing another teammate or gen tapping or trying to get that devour hope to save the game. Devs how do you justify upsetting the community every single time you release a new chapter?

I totally agree, even not running it and you still get tunneled into the ground, but it's a strategy that bad players have come up with to disguise the fact they are literally ruining a game, I try my hardest to not be toxic and still end up being tunneled and camped for no reason because it's now a "strategy." The game feels super killer sided right now (With pallet stuns not working, etc.) and I am a killer main. Without survivors we don't have games, so I don't understand the meaning behind the nerf and/or anything they have done in the past few months. I am totally on your side! :)

There's not supposed to be any use for DS unless you're getting tunneled.

So if the unhooked survivors has done anything to progress the game he isn't being tunneled.
And most people that are upset are these kind of people that used DS to get away with rank 20 plays.

DS is designed for anti-tunneling. The nerf on DS makes it only work if Killer tunnel you. Which is should.
I find its unfair that DS protect survivor 240sec (talking about 4 survivors bring DS) doing Gen invisible. The change is really needed.
Though I think 5sec stun doesnt stop Killer from tunneling. The perk overall weak for Solo but still abusable for Swf (as they can still body block for their team mate)
I thought all possibility what DS should be, each of them has something for either side to abuse it.

There's currently significantly less killers that the required ratio of 1:4.

Tunneling and camping were legit strategies from day one, i don't know where you got the impression that they are "new". You don't have to be toxic to be camped or tunneled, if the killer decides that taking you off the board is the best strategy then it's your teammates fault for not engaging the killer to give you space to heal/hide.
Regarding the statement " without survivors we don't have games", without killers you don't have games either, why do you think queue times are so high for survivors and instant for killers?
