j flicking is a exploit ik but
if theyre not going to remove it i feel like i should learn it. At first i didnt want to but if theyre going to keep it in the game then i dont see why i wouldn't use it

You can learn to do it. Just don't get mad when it gets removed.

McLean (a dev) already said you shouldn't get used to it,meaning it will be fixed at some point in the future.

Yes, but stretch res may be a consequence of the Unreal game engine which would be harder to fix and involve Epic Games adding a feature.

As the J Flick is unintended behaviour, I don't advise anyone to get used to using it.
