PC- Unlocked perk not appearing in bloodweb

My Ace perk "Ace In The Hole" is not appearing in Dwight's bloodweb after I have all the my other perks. I do not know what caused this but I have tried resetting the game and my device and it still doesn't show in my bloodweb.
