Simply put every time you keep nerfing the killers your simply losing sight of what this game really is, a horror survival game.

Players need tough killers. Otherwise players will stop learning on how to adapt and improve in the game. And before you know it you have a casual game. With no effort or challenge.

Your creating the problem of making survivors lazy.

Having new survivors or players pip to quickly up the ranks creates these debates of nerfing because these new players haven't spent much time learning and adapting to each killer.

Simply stop nerfing killers. Keep high ranking players high and not reset they're ranks. If you simply did ranks in sets of 5 from 20 to 1 (20-16)(15-11)(10-6)(5-1) each set has its right amount of experience. you can only go up in ranks not down but that's only based on how much experience you put into the game. Like giving them challenges like the tome, but separately for ranking purposes. Once a certain tome is complete you move up a rank.

This way helps survivors become better at the game and this can also help with new killers aswell and even possibly help with matchmaking systems.

One last time bit if it's a swf team of each rank or whatever than the system finds a medium to balance out the ranks.

    I could understand nerfing top tier killers like Nurse and Spirit if they were addressing the issues with the game like Gen speed, but here we are nerfing Demogorgon LOL....Also a Freddy nerf which again would make sense since it was a nerf to his slowdown, yet here we are in a meta where people gen rush and are done a game in around 5 minutes but lets nerf the one killer that forces you to stay longer.

    Freddy nerfs better have gen speed nerfs followed behind is all I have to say.

    You'd have to be super biased not to think Gen speeds are absolutely ridiculous right now. I black pip so much as survivor because games are just too damn short.

    The funny part is that Freddy's slowdown addons only work if everybody stays asleep. Which is to say: just staying on generators the whole time. If they wake themselves up with botched skill checks, clapping, or alarm clocks, Freddy's slowdown addons don't do anything. But asking survivors to do anything other than sit on generators forever is apparently totally unreasonable. Heaven forbid there be literally anything else to do in the game than holding M1. If you ask me, EVERY killer should have some kind of baked-in slowdown that asks survivors to either occasionally do a side task, or eat extra time on gens if they want to ignore killer mechanics.

    I'm not sure if you meant nerf or buff with the Demo thing because it was most definitely a buff. But I think that instead of just nerfing or buffing gens I would say to add more objectives in relation to the nerfs which would make games longer and more interesting IMO.

    They nerfed Demo's best add on and then gave very little back. The speed through tunnels is okay, but not worth losing Rat Liver over.

    They are nerfing Freddy's add-ons that decrease time on gens and such and also making survs immune to sleep once they used the alarm clock but can fall back asleep once hit by freddy. Simply put u can get immunity and never run into freddy so why destroy his add-ons it makes him super weak
