The problem with Trickster.
In most situations when playing as any of the other ranged killers (Deathslinger/Huntress/Clown), there are usually situations where I feel I would have a better time playing one over the other. With Trickster, however, he seems like he has no area where I would ever want to play as him. He takes too long to actually apply pressure. On top of low chase pressure, he has the same map presence as Huntress. Why would anyone ever want to play as Trickster when it takes too long to do anything? It doesn't matter how low you make his recoil or how fast you allow him to move while using knives. The main issue is his actually time to down a survivor. Other ranged killers are very simple when it comes to dealing damage, usually requiring (at maximum) around 2 actions, whether it be throwing a bottle and hitting, spearing a survivor and hitting, or just plain throwing a hatchet at them; these actions can usually be done fairly quickly. As Trickster, even if a survivor is just standing still while you are using knives, it can take upwards of around 8 seconds. If you add obstacles and juking to the mix? you may never even hurt them with the knives. As a 4.4 m/s killer with no mobility options, you MUST have a great chase to make up for a lack of mobility or stall tools.
Trickster can easily be fixed by reducing the maximum knife count by around 15 and reducing the laceration meter by 3 hits.

I've been saying exactly the same things! He needs to finish his chases quicker or somehow be able to apply way more gen pressure/slowdown. I'd also love to see the undetectable effect worked into his ability or addons. I use trail of torment all the time w him and being undetectable actuly makes his throwing knives way better, I think this is cause you can mind game them around corners and get a couple extra knives in. Im really pushing for Removing the red stain while aming knives or something to that effect if not a reworked addon that can make you undetectable. But yea i 100% agree the tricksters main downfall is his ability dose not end chases as fast as it should.

Undetectable is pretty bad if survivors know how to use their camera. Reducing the needed laceration hits is a much better option.

No i agree reduced laceration is definitely no1 priority. (Edit) *number 1 priority
Im just throwing out there i find his ability dose have a suprsingly good metea with undetectable more so ToT again idk why. U can do things like 99% a laceration meter dipp off to smack a nearby survivor while ur still off the radar then go throw the last knife at buddy an if your lucky you'll time ur main event meter right an finish him w that. Bassicly undetectable combined w the laceration meter makes it hard to tell who the actual target is ultimately screwing with the survivors decision making abilitys. xP
