So i have been thinking what ways can you fix solo que and thats with guilds so this is how guilds should work in Dbd you can only have 20 or 10 people in each guild and whoever has the most points the guild entierly will have their guild go up a rank the points will come from playing and getting max points but the points will be half since it will be balance this will encourage players to get max point from games and dont dc or suicide and the killer and surviour points will be seprate so the guild tiers would be 4th is bronze 3rd is silver 2nd gold and 1st is plantinum diamond or iridescent as the highest rank this rank is a rank where everyone is coordinated and everyone is doing their part in a match and how would be challenging if their guild is in the same range your guild would be competting with their guildrank and at the end of the season you guild will go up or down a rank and you can invite freinds from your guild to play with you in a match also you may kick slackers off.

What's the benefit?
Why should we even touch this?
Is this really the way to fix solo queue?
There has to be a reason why we should have this, and i'm not seeing it.
Like being number one in a guild is something, but again there's no reward for it, so why bother?
It could help people find new game buddies, but we can already do that on many other platforms.

the highest guild will get 100 auric cells 5,000 shards,60,bloodpoints and the lowest will gets this but it get divided by 2 in each reward

Also how would this actually fix solo queue? This really sounds more like a SWF based mechanic than one centered around solo queue players. Having guilds sounds like it would be more beneficial to SWFs, thereby increasing the number of SWFs and decreasing the number of solo players respectively.
Solo queue's problem isn't "people not trying to get the most points possible", its, firstly, that the emblem based matchmaking doesn't accurately represent skill at the game. Secondly, solo queue players lack the inherent communication advantage that a SWF potentially has. If you want to fix solo queue, fix the matchmaking, and give some QoL changes to survivors to lessen the SWF advantage and buff killers so that they remain competitive with the improved survivor kit.
