A little idea for DS

Before anyone starts I'm glad they nerfed DS to stop people being toxic with it but at the same time I feel they have went slightly to far with the nerf.. The amount of times I will come off the hook and start to heal or heal others then the killer appears 5 seconds later to tunnel and sometimes they've seen you heal so know you won't have it.. DS should stay active for healing or at least deactivate after you've fully healed

I know it stays if others heal you or with inner strength (that's if you have managed to break a totem before being hooked) but sometimes randoms won't heal you or they will need healed too or you need to get a totem so it deactivates.

Tunnelling has got a lot worse since the DS nerf and its just depressing especially in solo que so I would love to see this change to DS.

And just to be clear it's only healing I want changed for DS. Not to change it completely back as I'm glad it deactivates when you go on a gen, totem etc

I'm not massively opposed to this as I don't think it'd upend DS' balance or anything, but I still think I fall on the side of not supporting a change like this.

I mean, if you tried to heal under the hook and got punished for it, I think that's more down to your personal mistake than it is a real weakness of the Perk. Not to mention that it doesn't deactivate if your rescuer is healing you, only if you heal them back or try to self-heal.

It's also worth noting that generally speaking, healing under the hook just isn't a good plan. Healing in general is a calculated risk for the time you'll consume and the Killer's potential interruption, so I highly advise just using Decisive Strike as a "shield" to embolden yourself to run to a safe place where you can actually complete a heal. Especially if you're capable of self-healing.
