Is it possible to stack up Evil Within III with both Pink Addons ?

Yes it is stackable. So you can reach unlimited Tier 3 with the Insta Kill. But watch out, it takes a very long time to get to Tier 3.

in that case you will be a insta kill machine for the whole remaining game.
however, in order to achieve this you need to completely stalk 3 survivors empty and start stalking the last one, whch could lead to you spending the whole game trying to get to Evil Within 3 and they could escape easily.
id recommend you to run "play with your food" when using this combo, as it grants you with a speed increase and the insta mori does not consume one of its stacks.1 -
Yes, but be careful. It increases the amount of Evil needed to reach EW by 400%, and it reduces your movement speed by 9%—meaning without a Perk to boost your speed like PWYF or NOED, in EW2 you'll be moving about the speed of regular EW1 Myers.

PWYF + Fire Up
Fire Up for the faster vaulting, which will be needed and useful as gens are getting done
I also recommend to use a Map offering that wont give you any cornfields.

Montos youtube channel has a tombstone myers build which should help you achieve this. Its hard and difficult to achieve so avoid doing this at high ranks. The trick is to finding your obssesion as fast as possible get play with your food stacks and do not attack survivours. You can attack the survivours if their wising up to what your doing to keep the fear in them.0

Yea it is to stack bouth but you need to stalk a hell of a lot to get it on the point you need to stalk 2 survivers fully and a half surviver to reach EWI 3

I did this to get Evil Incarnate trophy. It's hard mode, basically, and you will likely end up with only one or two generators left so don't let that discourage you. Once EW3 pops it's an all you can eat buffet. Very very satisfying when it goes your way but the hatch is annoying if you're going for the trophy.0
