General suggestions for improving the game
1º - Surrender or killer ban:
Inside the lobby, survivors can choose to ban a particular killer.
Or
When starting the match, the survivors can surrender inside before the first generator is completed or someone is put on the hook.
2º - Greater transparency in punishments:
Launch of a monthly player ban report to make support efficiency more transparent. In several games this is demonstrated and is a great way to prevent and encourage complaints.
Example:
Player (name): ban for (reason). Banning time (hours, days, permanent).
3º - Suggestion of new statistics:
number of games played as a survivor and as a killer;
Number of catches in the cabinet;
Number of hatchets hit instead of number of hatches thrown;
4º - Huntress's new iridescent complement system:
Huntress starts with 5 axes, being able to load more with the help of belts. For an hatchet to cause the survivor to fall instantly, the hatchet must be hit 24 meters or more. Such a system would make the complement much more fair and interesting.
5º - Information in the HUD:
Addition of hit distance information in the case of killers who have pitches. Huntress, Mercenary, Trickster, Clown, Plague.

Most of these are okay.
#1 is actually awful though

#1: No, and no.
Survivors do not get to decide who the Killer plays, nor do they get to decide if the Killer even gets a match. Just look at what happened before DC penalties/when it was removed for awhile; Survivors left matches for any little reason. The same thing would happen with a throw system.
And banning a Killer? No. If I buy the Clown, I want to play the Clown. Why should my opponents get to tell me who I can or cannot play?
The rest of your ideas are pretty neat, though.
