Its so grueling to have to buy new survivors just to get their perks, eventually the game will die because of this. Allowing this would make it so you could get amazing perks like decisive strike without having to pay 5 dollars.

    Exclusive perks like BBQ haven't appeared in the shrine since last year, and it's pretty unfair for newer players to have to wait months just to be able to buy a single perk they need. Good perks appearing on the shrine is a rare occurrence, considering the fact that it loves to hand out wraith and trapper trash teachables. If you look at the previous shrine archive, some perks have never appeared on it yet. This game has been out for years, and BBQ has appeared five times and Decisive has appeared twelve times... So I guess it's just tough luck for players that missed out on those very limited opportunities that will take an unknown time to happen again.
