List of perks that I think need reworked

There are the perks that everybody uses and the perks that never get used so that is why i'm making this list.
MAKE PERKS GREAT AGAIN
Survives perks
HOPE: NEEDS REWORKED
RESILIENCE: NEEDS REWORKED
PROVE THYSELF: This perk is not so bad but you need people to be so close to you and then the killer can break up your group
NO ONE LEFT BEHIND: can be better if you get the bonuses all the time
OPEN-HANDED: Nobody runs unless they use tracking perks but some people don't use it anyway
DETECTIVE'S HUNCH: its not useful unless you are doing gens but most of the time other people complete gens well you are hiding or getting chased so my change will be is that it can work even if you don't complete it
THIS IS NOT HAPPENING: NEEDS REWORKED
TECHNICIAN: people already know how to hit skill checks but my idea but may not be a good one is that it increases the speed from toolboxes and has a 75% chance to not notify the killer
WAKE UP: NEEDS REWORKED
I will come up with a list of killer perks and also look over survivor perks again but these perks in my opinion need reworked.

Hope isn't bad its just underrated, it nearly doubles the time it takes for a Killer to catch up and Technician should simply remove the sound instead of reducing it.

I don't think any of you took "Left Behind" into account either. This perk is just... TERRIBLE. True, it pays off if you do the generators... although the existence of the hatch makes it pointless completely, seriously, why would you work on generators if you can instantly escape via hatch? If killer is camping Hatch (Which doesn't happen often) then it MIGHT be useful. This perk needs a complete wash.

i agree but it needs minor changes because if the killer knows you are doing gens then they are not going to camp it and try to find you and you have all the time in the world to do gens

…. What? What does that mean? It still needs a rework due to how situational this is. True, you work faster if there are more generators that need to be done... And if the killer doesn't camp the hatch, then the perk is pointless, since the hatch is left unguarded. if he is, it's potentially handy, but 99% the time, the survivor escapes the hatch regardless of the killer being there or not. The point of this perk is still useless due to the existence of hatch. If they want it to be useful, I would like the killer to close the hatch, and give this perk a reason to exist. Otherwise, it's just there to fill that one slot, or if there is a god killer and kills everyone without a single gen being done... That's still ridiculously situational due to genrush.

    My personal list:
    Re silence
    Open handed
    Wake up
    No One left behind (tweaks)
    Deja Vu
    Left Behind
Technician (even if helped me in the first 3 games ever)
    Beast of prey
    Monstrous Shrine
    Unrelenting
    Shadow born (tweaks)
    Spies From the shadow
    Pop goes the we asl
    Play with your food
    Stridor (tweak)
    Surveillance
    Hangman's trick
    Territorial imperative

I skipped some since even if they are weak (like boil over, windows of opportunities, plunders instinct etc) they are pretty useful for the newer players and do what's meant to. Won't hell and experienced player but they are needed when you need to familiarize with the game
