Why does slow vaulting now make a noise?
Like seriously, stealth is situational as it is without "quiet" actions now making a quite obviously audible sound cue. What was the thought process behind this?
Update / Side note: Survivors also no longer get struggle points on hook anymore, good to know that survivor players are receiving even fewer points than they already were from now on.

Shadow buffs to Spirit and killing off stealth? I knew this update was too good to be true.

They've been saying for years that they want to nerf it and buff "meaningful interaction" i.e chases between survivors and killers. But then they go and make a killer like Spirit, for example, where stealth is your only chance of escape.

Because the majority of killer only users hate stealthy players, based on what I have seen people say.

Camping is boring but that's glorified.
The majority of survivor only users hate camping killers. But it's even gone so far as to be promoted by the Devs.

Do you get survival points for succeeding a skill check, though? If so that would be pretty equivalent.

Well, it's boring if survivors are too good at it :) I don't mind searching a bit if there's a payoff, especially if there's a good mix of action too, but I hate those games where you have no tracking perks and it's just super stealthy players Urban Evading away from gens the second they hear the TR. Or, similarly, games where you've killed two survivors and the last two both want hatch, so they're each hiding and waiting for the other one to die...

Glorified by who exactly? I've never met someone with a lick of experience who actually 'glorifies' camping.
FYI: It's not promoted by the Devs, they've simply said that in some scenarios it is a legitimate strategy (Which is true) and that they won't ban people for doing it. When exactly did they promote camping?

For who? It's called Dead By Daylight. Stealth is fun for a lot of us. I personally like being to mind game a killer using stealth tactics.

Ahhh the moments of slow vaulting over a window 3-5 times with a searching killer. The laughs, the crys. Now i'll grunt so load the killer is gunna think I'm stumble vaulting

Survivor playing stealthy with 0 or 1 hook while a team mate with 2 hook is getting chased. For the love of god, get your ass in front of the killer & force a 12hook. Being 4 survivor alive is way stronger than 3 and being 3 instead of 2 when there's still 2gen left mean you still have a decent chance of all escaping with the gate.

Ok that sucks. Those skill checks should give a small amount of survival points.
