So the perk has a very strong effect but I do believe the nerf was a bit harsh on it. So I have a proposal
How about pause the timer when ever you're being healed/healing yourself? Because as it stands you can only really get one use out of the perk, 2 if your lucky. Let me know your thoughts!

I would upgrade the time to 60 seconds, plus your idea then it will be good.

Yeah, i think the time should be 60 seconds. You need 3 perks to maker this one work effectively and its not worh it for a 1 time use.
