Pair that infinite tier 3 Myers with the add-on that makes it quicker for him to gain Evil within and it doesn't take that long. Add on top of that a few survivors who aren't savvy at completely choking Myers off from stalking and it really isn't a long process to get EW tier 3. That varies from game to game but I will say I can see how some (myself included at times) might consider this add on a bit bullshit to go against.

And then you realise that plague is infinite t3 myers permanently (with slightly shorter lunge).

    I see this a lot.

The advice that once exposed is active healing is pointless. This couldn’t be further from the truth.

Exposed or not, sometimes what saves your hide is not being heard. If healing is possible, it should be done if not running Iron Will.

People are over exaggerating how hard it is to T3 with tuft of hair, especially with add ons that increase stalk rate.

That is one of very few addons that's totally reliant on your team's quality, the worse the team the better it works and vice versa. With a decent team, 3-4 gens would be already done before he pops Tier 3.

I mean, this probably speaks badly about me, but I've played with that add-on and lost games terribly.

Any addon that eliminates a cooldown, or uses words like "unlimited" is pretty ridiculous. Imagine a survivor add on, unlimited charges on toolbox or flashlight killers would be raging.

For one, welcome to the forums how ever what you have just done here is known as "necro-posting" and its mainly looked down upon, so I wouldn't aim to do it again

Secondly, you can't compare survivor add ons and items to killers. Perma tier 3 Myers which is the example here is no where near as strong as people say it is, good survivors don't really care about being injured and Myers being perma tier 3 having a 32m just entices this more, since he can't jump up on them anymore. All he gets at this point is a slightly longer lunge and faster vault speed which is just a slightly better Legion.

"Necro posting" if DBD's forums were worth a damn in terms of organization it would probably be easier to avoid and "I wouldn't aim to do it again" like you're some kind of authority. Love the veiled threats. Also this game is dead anyway 0 developer interest I.E. matchmaking, new items, nah mostly just pumping out skins. Thanks for the unnecessary response.

My suggestion is to play every add on at least a couple of times to see how it really is to run it.

But tbh it is strong indeed, but that is all up to the survivors how strong they let it be.

It takes for ever to level up to tier 3 and if survivors are getting overconfident then it is completely on them.

All you have to do is keep breaking line of sight and he can only stalk a tiny bit of you till he loses you.

Plus there is so much he can stalk off of a survivor.

So running into a survivor who can't be stalked anymore will hurt him more than help him.

If he is able to get tier 3 early on to close to mid game, then it is the fault of the survivors for feeding him to much stalk and getting put into a difficult position.

I think the problem with this addon is another addon for faster stalking

The dude's trying to be helpful. No need to be disrespectful.

You didn't even bother engaging with any of the points he made.

It's also pretty easy to see when posts are dated from. Use your eyes!

If you hold the game and forums in such low regard, then why don't you leave both?

I just wanted to let you know that its looked down upon, didnt mean to threaten/insult you or seem like I had authority on you.

Its okay at best lol if you can get it going then sure. Infinite tier 3 is balanced by the amount of time it takes to stalk that much. Corrupt Intervention/Ruin would be needed to guarantee enough slowdown for you to tier up before most gens are done.

I personally like Scratched Mirror Myers a lot more. It causes more jump scares and gives me wall hacks 32m away.

Myers is the easiest killer in the game to loop outside of Wraith. The add on isn't a problem.

Even with this addon, he still sucks. The only problematic addon Myers has is the tombstone piece, which is kinda funny and rare enough to make it still a low priority change.

    Leave mikey alone :(

Necroing threads is against the forum rules and if you keep doing it you’ll get banned. The other poster was trying to help you, not threaten you.

Michael has been very well known for having some of the most broken addons in the game, i dont think this is anything new.

He'll get an addon pass/rework maybe next mid-chapter, we'll see.

That's an exaggeration. Every Survivor has limited Evil Within...within.

Even if he drains 1 Survivor to the limit, it's probably just enough to go from T1 to T2, MAYBE. You need at least two more Survivors to hit T3 with the Infinite add-on. So you need 3 of 4 Survivors, and it takes enough time to pop 2-3 gens, on average.
