my personal ideas on the buffs Myers and Amanda should get

let's start with Myers,


Myers is not a bad killer, but like many said before, so many new killers showed up and do thing better than he does and this is why he is a bit in the lower tier at the moment. (even if I personally think he isn't)

So to give him a actual boost and make survivors be actually afraid of him instead of just getting jump scares from him, here's what I have in mind for him


Base stalk kit:

The only change i'll give to his base stalk kit is that you can actually run out of stalk charges and so not reach tier 3 eventually, so everytime Myers hook a survivor, every survivors get 10% of the maximum stalk charges back to them, so it means Myers will be able to empty a survivor, hook 1, and stalk them slightly again, this will make him pretty much impossible to lose his stalk/tier 3 ability, also, every survivors that get sacrificed, NOT moried, split their remaining stalk charges evenly to the remaining survivors, so if you Kill a survivor you didn't stalk once you won't lose all the stalk charges from them, they will be given to the other survivors.



Tier 1:

Mostly remains unchanged however, he goes back the way he was previously which means spine chills and premonition will not trigger in tier 1, making him the ultimate stealth and jump scare killer he once was, allowing him to get close to survivors more easily and stalk more easily.

Tier 2:

Tier 2 is also mostly unchanged, but stalking multiple survivors will make the stalk meter build up faster, for 1 survivor it charges up as usual, with 2 survivors it charges up 10% faster, with 3 20% and with 4 30%, the more survivors you are stalking the faster you'll get tier 3, this will make him reach his max potential faster and make him even more of a threat and make survivors think twice before working together on the same gen since he will now get his stalk meter way faster, this effect doesn't affect tier 1.

Tier 3:

Tier 3 gets some pretty good buffs, when Myers reach tier 3 he is pure evil and only wants 1 thing, to kill you, and nothing will get in his way from that, once Myers reach tier 3, the recovery speed of EVERY TYPE OF STUNS, which is pallets, DS, head on, pallet/flashlight save is 20% faster, head on stun is now 2.4 seconds, DS is now 4 seconds, pallets are 1.6 seconds (if it is 2 seconds, I think it is) every stuns are recovered faster during tier 3


HOWEVER, since these changes gives him a big boost for his base kit, his add-ons will have to be nerfed obviously, if his add-ons don't get any changes from these buffs he will be broken and we can all agree on this. so here's my idea on add-on changes

Every add-on I do not mention means they remain the same


Common:

Tacky earrings: slightly increase the stalk meter on survivors given to them for each hooked survivor (4%)

Blond hair: increase talk amount by 20% from 50%


Uncommon:

Reflective fragment: increased duration to 5 seconds from 2 seconds

Memorial flower: reduced to 7% down from 11%

Jewellery: moderately increase stalk charges given to survivors on each hook (6%)

Hair brush: increase stalk amount by 35% down from 50%

Glass fragment: incease aura reading duration to 7 seconds from 3 seconds


Rare:

Mirror shard: increase aura reading duration to 10 seconds from 5 seconds

Judith's journal: reduced stalk rate from the obsession to 25% from 40%

J. Myers memorial: stalk rate reduced to 12% from 22% (I think it's 22)


Very rare:

Vanity mirror: remove the movement speed penality and increase aura reading range to 24 meters, slightly increase terror radius (increase it by 8 meters)

Tombstone piece: require the survivor to be hooked at least once, discard the add-on once a survivors has been morried

Lock of hair: increase stalk amount by 80%


Ultra rare:

Judith's tombstone: terror radius is increased by 8 meters in tier 2 and is increased by 16 meters in tier 3

Fragrant tuft of hair: increase stalk amount by 300% from 200%


This is my Ideas for Myers


Now time for Amanda (pig)


Everyone can agree Amanda is the worst stealth killer in the game and the RNG with the traps can often remove her pressure easily and her dash isn't that effective, so I came up with these changes.


Base kit:

Reverse bear trap will NEVER be removed in the first jigsaw box, this will guarantee some wasted time on the survivors side and will give some extra pressure for Amanda knowing the survivor with the trap is for sure busy for a bit longer than before, making the reverse bear trap better at it's job which is the make them waste time removing it instead of working

Her dash isn't "BAD" but could clearly have sweet boost to it.

Dash default sharge up time is decreased by 0.25 seconds and the duration is increased by 15%

This is for the dash on it's own, giving it a little faster start up by default and increasing the range slightly to make it more viable to use overall

During the end game collapse, any bear trap given to survivors will be automatically active, however, the end game collapse timer is PAUSED as long as 1 survivor have a reverse bear trap on their head, this will give her end game pressure back from the old days, which was totally taked away from her.


Here are her add-ons changes


Common:

Workshop grease: changed from slightly to tremendously increase skill check chances (10%)


Uncommon:

Utility blades changed to longer blade: increase dash duration by 1.2 seconds

Razor wires: moderately decrease skill check success zones (50%)

Face mask: added effect, makes survivor cough which is louder than regular breathing


Rare:

Rusty attachments: also give the haemorrhage status effect

Interlock razor: increase dash charge speed slightly and increase the duration by 1.2 seconds


Very rare:

Amanda's secret: reveals the aura of survivors trying to remove the reverse bear trap once they reach half the removal progress, if they don't remove it they are oblivious for 10 seconds and their aura are revealed for 3 seconds.


Ultra rare:

Rule set n.2: increase the reverse bear-trap timer by 60 seconds, survivors cannot see jigsaw boxes when the reverse bear trap isn't active, there's 50% chance that the survivor must search the same jigsaw box a second time after searching it (doesn't work with the first jigsaw box)

Amanda's letter: added effect, removes her roar.
