Killers want to win as much a survivor's (vent)
Playing as Pyramid Head can be really difficult,because they delay in punishment of the damn will not hit anybody unless they just run into it plus with cross play not being fully optimized it just doesn't work ,let me guess you go against good Pyramid Heads all the time well let me tell something, you're probably lying or bad at the game so save me that excuse going against PC player's on console is a nightmare. His power isn't optimal enough to compete with ,the processing speeds of PC just take the delay off please please please please please please please please please please please please there's a sound que ,there's a telegraph, there's a visual que and a cool down one of these thing's has to be removed please.

As a console killer, the only issues I have are with the pathetic optimization. Sometimes I'll miss because someone failing a skillcheck across the map will freeze the game for a second or so. The delay itself isn't really an issue though. Its a fair thing for such a strong power

I think a better solution would be to make the console version work as well as the PC version. If they can't do that then maybe the game should have stayed PC only if it's such an unfair advantage.

I mean, I don't have a PS5 if I manage to snag one, so I'm hoping for better optimization on next gen consoles.I'm pretty sure that want happen for PS4 or XB1

Your mistake is thinking the Devs care about Killers.
Just wait; they'll eventually address the complaints about 'camping', 'slugging', and 'tunneling' being 'unfun', and it will get harder for Killer's to win. Survivors will smugly say that this is 'part of the game' whenever a Killer gets upset. (Notice how it's never 'part of the game' when a Survivor is unhappy).
Then Survivors will start bitterly whining about how dying is 'unfun' and Killers will then have to ask permission to attack Survivors.

No one should have to buy a next gen console to be able to play the game as intended. It should work on whatever platform it releases on. I feel the console version was nothing but a cash grab and cross progression only became a thing so PC players had quicker que times.

Any time I play killer against dead hard I know that I'm gonna lose the dude the second they use it because the game freezes for a second I have no clue where they went.

I think he's referring to the fact it acts as a projectile rather than being hitscan; it appears just a moment before dealing damage. However he's really underselling how powerful it is and how hard it is to dodge by a large margin.

But,I'm happy it's on console,we just want it to be better.
I don't think, I'm underselling it even the newest player's can exploit ability not to mention his right arm when using it cover's the entire screen and survivors create alot of distance.

I think you're right, I forget that this game has cheaters Pyramid Head can be devastating sometimes, I just played two different games, but the game before those guy's were definitely cheating. Maybe they can add a VAC unless they just want cheaters in the game.

What are you going on about? These console issues hurt survivors, too.
Frame drops on console happen when Bloodlust tiers up, when survivors use DH, when a survivor opens a chest, and when practically anything else happens in the game. As killer, those frame drops mean the survivor literally disappears from my screen. It's an automatic win for them in a chase.
Those same frame drops are a problem when I play survivor. They get me hit in chases, they turn skill checks into automatic fails, and they used to get me killed during second state on the hook.
Console optimization is a problem whether I play killer or survivor. Certain perks, killer powers, and cosmetics make it worse, but there's nothing I can equip that fixes it.

Ping is different. I can recognize lag/latency issues, and those are usually due to their dedicated servers. My internet is good enough that other games give me no issues in that regard.
The frame drops, rather than being related to ping, are caused by optimization issues where multiple things are going on and the processor throws its hands in the air and is like, "Hold on a sec, I gotta figure this out." I used Sloppy Butcher to do a recent Tome challenge and I was so happy to take it off because every time I hit a survivor the game dropped frames. Doc can have framerate issues because of his power, and I know for a while the issue got worse if he was wearing his Hallowed Blight cosmetics (not sure if this actually got fixed or not). And Bloodlust tiering up has been a problem for... like, ever. Even when I play tier 1 Mikey, I think I get frame drops where Bloodlust would tier up if it could were he not in EW tier 1.

That's not true when the nerfs get thrown killer's are the first to receive them and not much has changed since the 5 year's SWF still has a strong advantage of killer's, I know the removed alot of thing's like insta heals ,but it's the same you don't fully heal but you get borrowed time if you hit a survivor who just used the adrenaline shot or whatever it's called that's still the samething, and most levels have about a thousand vaults and pallets that survivors do abuse. The only thing that's been nerfed survivors side is Dstrike and that's it you still got BT,Sprint Burst ,Lithe and just bunch other things I don't care to mention.

Responding to the comment, Killers have nerfs too. DS now it is a more balanced and fair advantage, now if it meets the goal of it's an anti-tunneling only perk.
Hitboxes sucks, I'm not going to deny that.

The same could be said of DH, it can be activated simply with a button and does not require any skills.

2021, hell, half way 2021. Keys still haven't been nerfed. Can't say the same about Moris.
When the killer has a magical item or a magic mechanic that gives him a win without having to do anything, you tell me. Right now survivors can just let their team die and escape through a magic door in the floor while t-bagging the killer.

Survivors cry when people call them out on gen rushing and say "we don't have any other objective" but as soon as a perk or killer power gives them another objective, like having to do bones, or take off the pig trap, etc they start crying like crazy.

When did Tinker become a problem most survivors run Spine Chil and Sprint Burst or Urban. Devour Hope is usually the first thing to be destroyed along with ruin? Yeah care not mention those things because I find most survivors perks enjoyable ,you certainly get more value out of survivor perks than killer perks .Usually they killer is only left with one or two perks by the end of the match as far as NOED is concerned. I never heard it .I should run it but survivors will only break totem then so I get to use it one or two games. (Big Whoop)

Depends on what you view as a "win". But pyramid head is no joke. I think what you are describing has to do more with the latency of the game. Because that is often why powers, or abilities look like they don't hit you on your screen. But I don't view winning as getting a 4k I Just view it as getting more than 2k. But even then I don't expect to get more than 1k if I see the survivors are all efficient, and competent loopers.

Don't be ridiculous. Seriously, you and Sluzzy are like broken records. The DEV don't play favorites. Whatever changes they make are intended to keep the game healthy and running. For us this is a diversion, a luxury item. For them, this is their mortgage payment, the College fund, and putting food on the table. They have a far greater vested interest in things working well than you are I.
More to the point, they need at least one Killer for every four Survivors. There are no Bots. They can't afford, nor want to lose any Killers because the margin for error as far as the Queues are concerned are massive. There was a time when this game was heavily weighted towards the Survivors. There were endless loops and many other nightmare situations that the 2016 Veterans can tell you about (and have posted about in the past). You can watch videos of how the game used to be. Slowly but surely they have been making careful adjustments to get as rough a balance as can be managed in this kind of game. It will always be a work in progress.
Your constant chatter that the Killers are getting screwed is tiresome and simply not true. It is silly when Sluzzy does the same thing with his threnody about the sad state of Survivors. I have seen you post some useful things, constructive things. I just think that your "crying wolf" all the time about favoritism and unfairness is going to make people TUNE YOU OUT and thus they will miss it when you actually post something valid. My suggestion is to move away from your "meme" posts and just stick with the nuts and bolts of the specific topic you want to talk about.

I kind of want to recant on that this is the same issue as a console Nurse vs a PC nurse the accuracy and speed are completely different. I'm not saying Pyramid Head is weak his power is useless against higher processing speeds.
It's mainly the latency is the problem ,but like, I said console vs pc power makes the difference of the match ,it's the crossplay that has to be fully optimized In order to go against really strong teams who do gens in under 3 minutes .They should also give us an option to remove auto aiming this is exploited vastly.

Anything the killers whine about gets taken care of in a matter of weeks look at trickster for instance he can literally trow his knifes right in your face as he is right behind you and he still as 60 knifes it literally took ohm saying he is to slow n boop fast as lightning now. The only option for escape we have as survivors is memerizing these stoooopid loops and it gets old. I literally played 15 games today w level 9 survivors and up and we as a team lost every single game don't say we suck because we have all played since launch and know the killers inside n out they just whine n get what they want. Look at decisive it is literally worthless now u can't even use it it got nerves so hard y killers complained and devs responded. Smh

PP head is fine. I have been playing him recently and he will stomp any pub group and struggle against coms because of gen efficiency and no map pressure.

I agree. Use Rites of Judgement effectively and you can almost bank on ending the game with at least 1 kill. PH has built in no-consequence tunneling in his kit anyways.

They won't even tell us if we were facing SWF post-game. All it would take is a little indicator. But instead of that smart idea, we just have to assume it was SWF, never knowing for sure.

I will start off topic. Why did you use an apostrophe after survivor? Survivor's what? Survivor's life, happiness, what? If you are not native, just like me, no problem, you learn something new. If you are native, I am seriously curious why is it so hard to spell a plural without apostrophe, since that is only used with genitive.
Regarding the topic. PH is never really complained about. Console could get some optimization for sure, but those delays are 100% okay since they allow counterplaying from survivors. You should get better at PH, with time it can become pretty easy to land hits.

Honestly I agree his power is so telegraphed its not even funny. Odds of you hitting someone is pretty low if they are paying attention. I would love to see it reworked so it isnt so telegraphed that its so easy to dodge. Hence why people faked it so much and only went for guaranteed hits at windows and pallets because it just isnt reliable enough. Especially if they see you. Though i think Tricksters Main Event is in a much worse position as being borderline useless.

Pyramids ability is one of the easiest dodges in the game. You get the warning of the direction he is looking which his turn rate is limited to make it even harder to confuse survivors with flicks. Then you get the red glow on ghe ground and then the damage rolls out to the end. So many chances to dodge it and its so telegraphed its only pure use is through walls where they cant see you or pallets and window threats. I think it could use less telegraphs so it cant be reacted to as easy. More prediction based. Hard to say because tweak it too much and it could be oppressive as hell. But youd have to agree that its insanely telegraphed

The entire past year has been almost entirely buffs and reworks to killers and major nerfs to perks, survivor movement, map design, and pallet generation. We are in the best time there has ever been to be a killer and you still complain about them loving SWFs and hating on killers? This last patch they buffed three different killers, and nerfed surv perks

Freddy deserved to be toned down a bit, he'd been allowed to have powers with no downside since 2019 it was well overdue that he got a slight tuning down. Everything about his kit is still fantastic its just a bit less cheesy
As for Trickster, Ranged killers are like that. Its why I really don't care to play any of them but Plague and occasionally a Huntress game they're just obnoxious to balance.
And yeah they did buff Demo they almost if not entirely walked back that old PTB nerf to his Shred recovery and speed and boosted his teleportation speed. Its a fantastic buff and QOL pass to his base and addon kit that I genuinely wasn't expecting to see happen anytime soon. Infact in a lot of regards this Demo is even stronger than his old PTB pre-nerf self
If you think what they did to Freddy was a gut punch of a nerf, or finally stopping that Huntress cheese build was destructive then you've never truly seen BHVR nerfs

You telling me the random group of near drunk college students on a Friday night are unbeatable by all but two killers? Not every SWF is an ultra sweat if you treat every SWF like one, the only ultra sweat in the lobby will be you.
Don't get me wrong a stacked team of sweats is obnoxious and crimge. However it is not a unique DBD problem its something you'll see in nearly every MP game, (don't even get me started on Destiny 2 stacked sweats)
But regardless a fine line has to be drawn when balancing for the average/above average player and the sweats. You have to make sure you don't release mechanics that experienced players can use to burn down the game but you also can't balance entirely for those ultra high ranks
Because pretty soon the only people left playing WILL be those ultra-sweats and you will have accomplished nothing. Its a fine line you gotta pursue its why it is called balance to begin with. Also for pete's sake I've heard that line "Only 2-3 killers are viable against swf" since 2018 and I'm pretty sure it used to just be one (Nurse)
