Least favorite archive challenge?
for me its the blood debt challenges
for this challenge I often have to force myself to be hooked then hope someone comes to save (even with kindred some people are too afraid to try to save) then hope my teammate that saved me gets hooked and race to the hook before someone else rescues
like I get that varied challenges are hard to make but in a game where noone would otherwise go down challenges like this are telling me to throw the game to complete it and I feel like its wrong to tell players to do something like that
what challenge is your least fave?

Any challenge that is just "do x thing y times" where y is impossible to do in a single trial. They aren't really challenges.
I enjoy the Master Challenges, because no matter how difficult they are they must be done in a single trial so I find it fun as they come of as actual challenges.

@Crowman I agree master trials are a better test of skill and actually a challenge rather than a "do x for y" type of thing
though some of them are difficult I still enjoy the prospect of them

The worst challenge I remember seeing is "Kill your Obsession 12 times by any means". Unless some clever obsession switching happens, you can only kill your obsession once per game and the possibility remains your obsession won't be among your casualties.
That's a lot of work for not much of a reward.

That's the one that I cannot stand. Just finished the 3 that I needed after 11 games as survivor.

The one where you have to sacrifice 4 survivors in the basement.

that one is tough but it does make for an amazing master challenge
like if they put it off the main path its great cause its a tough challenge but it wont block too much progression

I not a fan of any that promote bad gameplay or rely heavily on randoms. I'm fine with challenges that take multiple matches as long as it's normal game play like complete gens, safe unhook, hook survivors, hit survivors, etc.
These are challenges I haven't been a fan of:
Avoiding killer for 60 seconds but within certain distance - most players just became useless following killer around.
Find glyph and escape - already have players that do nothing but search for glyph then hide until they can escape.
Unhook in killers terror radius with BT - players have just been dive bombing the hook in front of the killer and killer just quickly downs the player that was unhooked in their face.
Unhook someone that previously unhooked you - always have players rushing to be downed so they can get this one done. Players just hook trade instead of trying to do anything else.
Have x players escape before you - this one is pretty obnoxious because will have players teabagging in exit instead of just leaving.
Kill x players by any means necessary - slugging until bleed out increases with this challenge.
Save survivor during EGC/Hook survivor during EGC - really any EGC challenges I hate. As killer you basically need to stand around waiting for survivors to complete gens. As survivor you have to hope someone gets downed or sacrifice yourself for swf teammate.
Blind killer x times - this just ends out with either survivors bullying killers blinding them non stop during a match or survivors just quickly getting killed because they are terrible with a flashlight.
Hop into a locker within 5 seconds of being chased - so obnoxious as survivor. Good for killers I guess.

the Survivor Master Challenge "Fight Back", which required you to stun the Killer 4 times in a single trial.
it was featured twice btw, once in Tome 1 and once more in Tome 5, but under the name "Back Off!".
i hated it every time :)

Sacrifice 2 survivors during the End Game Collapse using NOED.
I've never felt so apologetic in my life, especially when I got it on Haddonfield and the 2 were sacrificed after being downed on full health (1 had used Adrenaline, so I don't feel as bad about that) when they were so close to escaping.
I also got no salt, which made me feel infinitely worse because they clearly took it in good sport and moved on.
Never played for a couple of days after that.

Right now I'm really pissed off at the Plague one, "hit two survivors with one Corrupt Purge stream twice in one match." The number of times I puked on a survivor and it played the animation for "ew, yuck!" but their status didn't change to infected... the number of times I hit two survivors with one Corrupt Purge stream but only one got injured, even if neither was moving... that I didn't throw my controller or just leave the match is a testament to my self control. I really wanted to.
Creating challenges where I have to fight problems in the game as much or more so than I do the opposing team... [BAD WORD] man, sometimes I absolutely hate DbD. I got the challenge done, but like I said, I'm pissed.

I feel that and I am sorry
