Aside from spirit and freddy who is in most need of a rework.
For me its myers. He is just so boring to play as and against unless its scratched mirror. it doesnt even feel like he has a real power all he does is just walk around and look at people. Nothing for mobility or nothing in a chase. He just looks at people for a while then can instadown for a bit then looks at people again.

Twins. No one plays them because they’re so boring to play as and against and encourage unhealthy gameplay. I like running around with Victor at times but it gets old so fast so they need to give this killer something more interactive.

I don't think any killer should be reworked (I mean like a Freddy rework, not a buff like Bubba and Dco got), but if I had to change someone it'd be Nurse or Wraith.

I'd say Legion, but besides that... I don't think anyone. Maybe Trickster. Or Myers. I dunno about Myers though. Everyone else feels fine, maybe an ever so slight tweak.

Where's your data that this is the state of Spirit? Oh, there's no data other than your frustration? Rework Spirit when all the survivor second chance perks get nerfed.

Pretty sure 99% of survivor players complaining about Spirit is a sign that she’s awful to play against. Most people on here enjoy Nurse, who is just as strong, as her chases are much more interesting. I’ve played Spirit quite a lot in the past, and she is a breeze to play, you are guaranteed multiple survivors dead every game, in the worst case scenario.
And they already did nerf the survivor second chance perks lol. DS was just nerfed, which is also a nerf to unbreakable. Not sure what other perks you feel are so badly in need of a nerf? Are you saying Iron Will, BT, Sprint Burst, Dead Hard need a nerf? They already are reliant on survivors using them well, or the killer making poor decisions in BT.

Spirit and freddy are fine.
But legion needs a rework. Mending is so annoying and not that strong either. As a survivor it doesn't matter if I healed my teammates and with killer their power does nothing but with them a mending status and jump through pallets and windows.
Plague too imo.

Legion is fairly fine, his power is weird to apply compared to other killers, but he's easily C tier. He can use some addressing and addon improvements, but he's quite fun to play and relatively strong all things considered.

Spirit is fine. Survivors have some information, not none. Stridor is a perk, counter it with a perk, Iron Will. Spirit is fine.

You’re the one acting emotionally, crying because I think a killer in a game has balancing issues. Am I supposed to do a survey with thousands of responses asking how people feel about Spirit? I’d genuinely like to find anyone who believes that Nurse isn’t a popular killer on this forum.
We are literally on a discussion forum, we don’t need scientific evidence to validate our opinions or perspectives. Quite frankly, if your opinion is that Spirit is challenging to play, you’re entitled to your wrong opinion.

Do people seriousy find the Twins boring to play as? I understand against since Victor just massacres a team that refuses to heal and can just park on top of a downed survivor to completly negate unbreakable or rescues.
But to play as? Victor is EXTREMELY fun and it's super satisfying to have vision on parts fo the map. You can leave Victor or Charlotte guarding a gen or survivor while you do something else.

It’s just my opinion. When I played killer, I would struggle to get a single kill sometimes, but as Spirit I would never get less than 2 kills, and most of the time 3/4. This is at red ranks btw. She’s very easy to play, not sure how this is debatable.

For me it's Myers aswell, but not because he is boring to play as or against(seriously, if you were bored, you werent facing Myer mains). Myers, even without scratched mirror, is one of the few killers I can actively make people scared because you have to be creative with his power. His addons give him a ton of versitality giving no standard Myers gameplay, which is great. Except that there is another killer in the roster being much, much better at it's versitality, is overall more stealthy and has ways to deal with loops, and his name is Wraith.
Myers is gonna get reworked though, he is the only killer who:
- doesnt confirm to 4 greys(or browns), 5 yellows, 5 greens, 4 purples and 2 pinks. Instead, he has 6 yellows and 3 greys.
- has an insanely overpowered addon(which isnt even pink) that either needs a complete rework or needs massive downsides.
- has no collision while using his power.
Then he is one of the final 2 killers who needs a yellow addon as basekit. As for which addon? I think that might actually surprise you, I think Jewellery needs to be basekit. He doesnt need too much alteration other than some slight tweaks if Jewellery is basekit. Seriously, if jewellery is basekit, you can use another jewellery and jewellery box together, and move at 150% when stalking with no target, which is as fast as cloaked wraith, and 103.5% if you are actively stalking. His "weakest" addons suddenly become very lethal by just making Jewellery basekit.

Weak? Depends heavily on the perks and/or addons being used. Annoying? Not really, at least not any more annoying than Ghostface, Pig, Doc, Myers, Spirit, Plague or Oni.

I struggle with Spirit, even with Stridor, because of bad FPS and my own hearing issue.
She's easier to play, but she certainly isn't the easiest.
She's one adjustment away from being fine.

Myers having no collosion when using his power is intentional because they didnt want myers to bodyblock people into corners then get all of his stalk off them.

"I'm not playing against a ######### Legion you #########."
He's fundamentally bad. His power will only work on bad Survivors. It pushes Survivors to spread out, which is the OPPOSITE of what you want.

I mean, personally also I think it would take to make Spirit passively appear while she phases. This would be a lot more balanced, as it would nerf the standing still mind game and allow the survivors to have some idea of where she is. Would also be pretty creepy to see her getting closer to you when you see her every five seconds or so.

As I stated in my original comment, when I say "rework" I don't mean something like what happened to Freddy, I mean a change that's sizable, but doesn't entirely change the character like Bubba and Doctor's buff.
Now, on to Wraith, I want his power to be made more skillful to use; which is the exact same change I wanted to happen to Freddy. Both of their powers in their current forms take such little skill to use, yet give such a big output in return. Now I don't want Wraith (or Freddy for that matter) to become the next Nurse or anything silly like that, I just want a small change that could raise his skill-cap a little.

I find twins pretty fun to play its like running around with a super speed demo.

Wraith doesn't even need to be tweaked. A lot of people like Wraith just the way he is.
The wailing bell might be a simple power, but that's exactly why a lot of people like Wraith. He's simple to use and not terribly boring for the other side. Just an all-around fun killer.

Without add ons? For sure. Spirit’s add ons absolutely put her on par with Nurse though, and Spirit literally doesn’t care about maps. Nurse usually doesn’t either, but she’s going to have a tougher time in Lery’s than Spirit will.

Fun is a subjective term. You may find Wraith fun, but I as well as many others think he's one of the most boring killers in the game.
