I was thinking of a build, but I'm nowhere near having the setup.
And Monto actually made some loadouts similar to it, and called it Russian Roulette which is fitting.
Ruin (to slow the game down just a little bit), Thrill of the hunt, devour hope, and Haunted grounds.
With some variations to taste.
All hexes.
I'd love to know how it works for others while I pray to RNGeebus.2 -
40% Haunted Ground, 20% Thrill, 20% Ruin, 20% Whatever else you want to run. So a full 60% chance to break a totem that provides no aid to the survivors ^_^Rebel_Raven said:I was thinking of a build, but I'm nowhere near having the setup.

I took her to 1 and did quite well and enver once used Ruin or any other hex but NOED off and on and the beauty is if Ruin isn't active people tend to ignore the totems.
Rancor, BBQ, Bitter Murmur, then either NOED or Tinkerer for some really fun, you can also throw in M&A if you need to get closer before phasing with lower quality addons.
Addons her 2 ultra rares and Prayer Beads, Wakizashi Saya, Yakuyoke Amulet (this ones a beast), and for greens Dirty Uwabaki, Katana Tsuba, Katsumori Talisman,.
For the yellows Kiun Talisman, Muddy Sports Day Cap, and browns basically follow the same rule. The passive phasing is a real hit and miss whereas the ones listed even the brown versions all give good mileage.

My favorite recently is using a faster activation addon with an increased speed post-phase addon with the perks:
Brutal Strength, Spirit Fury, Enduring, Fire Up. (Sometimes I'll swap fire up for sloppy butcher or ruin)
I don't use bamboozle on her because then that technically negates the ability to do window fakes on survivors.Fantastic chasing build!
Once they do go to a pallet, just stand there for a second and see what they do. If they run into you thinking you're phasing, easy hit. If they start running/walking away, pay attention to where they go and try and land a hit. If they stand there, phase and get the hit. These are all really easy with the faster activation speed. If you'd like me to elaborate more on anything, just ask. I know I'm not that great at explaining sh*t.

Ruin/BBQ + 2:
Sloppy/MYC/NC/HG/0 -
Spirit Main here,
Besides the obvious top picks, these are the builds I use to have fun:The Grudge -
Whispers, Make your Choice, Rancor, Hex: Haunted GroundThe Ring -
Hex: Devour Hope, Rancor, Hex: Haunted Ground, ThanatophobiaGhost in the Machine -
Hex: Ruin, Overcharge, Pop Goes the Weasle, RancorI Tunnel Claudettes -
Franklin's Demise, Sloppy Butcher, A Nurses Calling, Whispers1 -
Stridor is a must on Spirit. Your phase walk becomes inescapable with it, and it trumps Iron Will which is a hard counter to Spirit's power.
After that it's kind of preference. I usually run BBQ/Whispers, MYC, and Sloppy/Ruin. It's a strong snowball build.
People above have Devour and Haunted Grounds, IMO that's just a gimmick. Most of the time I play against a Spirit (or any killer using the Hex build) more often than not moments after HG procs, Devour goes down. I feel like against good survivors it just doesn't work because they will rush your totems anyway and hide until Exposed is gone. You're only going to get value from Hex builds on Lery's or Game.

I love spirit she is only killer that can take me to rank 1. I use rancor, pop goes weasel, haunted ground and unrelenting. But she is real fun with tinkerer and can't wait to try her out with new killer perk discordance.1

I play her regularly as my main at rank 1 and decimate. BBQ+MYC is godly on her and Stridor is so good since it's all about the sound. Last choice is just up to you for your slow down perk. I bounce between Sloppy or Ruin, personally I like the early Ruin slow down more I think, but it's preference. That is her best set up and I feel pretty strongly on that. A lot of those other perks are just like fox said, "gimmicky".

I play on her Whispers, Hex: Ruin, Make Your Choice and Predator.
The reason why I use Predator is, that the scratch marks are on point. So I dont get confused by any weird sound. I see exactly if someone stops running or if they run to the palett, so I can predict that easily.
Make Your Choice is, like on nurse, painful to go against.
Whispers for perfectly tracking or for the last person.0 -
Whispers since her heartbeat hides her phasewalking is you whisper a gen you can phase to it and surprise them and not guess if someone is on it. I advise AGAINST predator since if you ever use another perk you'll be too used to it. Then Nurse's since her heartbeat is smaller than nurse's, obligatory ruin then anything you want. BBQ is solid

Yea I usually only bring Ruin if I see toolboxes because I honestly hate defending totems and I hate that I can basically lose a perk. Plus Ruin is actually worthless against good survivors since they will either find it within the first 30 seconds (since they know where totems spawn) or just do great skill checks. I know that's what I do, Ruin doesn't even phase me anymore unless I get frame rate issues and can't hit skill checks. Most survivors aren't that good though, so it's still the best option against the normal survivor.
Sloppy + MYC is a good combo because the moment the guy makes a save if he sees a red action bar he knows it's Sloppy, and chances are they will just give up on the heal, forcing the guy to stay injured for longer. Come back to a hook after a save and you can basically take either one down in one hit.

I've only started using her so I don't have all the perks but BBQ and Nurse's calling are working out great on her.

I mainly play Spirit/Myers. For Spirit I usually run Rancor, Ruin, Nurses Calling, and Save The Best For Last or either Enduring. She is amazing once you learn how to play her.0

Good choice! I spent everything to reach p3 with her and as far i am used she really needs just few things. At least how I play her:
Enduring+spirit fury to make chases more smooth
BBQ to extra BP and have an idea in which zone they might be. If don't have BBQ use rancor or bitter murmur
Nurses calling, having a small terror radius, 24m, by the time you see them they won't realize you're close. Also be swapped with monitor and abuse for surprise attacks or my favorite, deer stalker so you can slug in different scenarios to be able to chase another survivor and force 3 people out of gens
Avoid ruin and noed, are awful, unless are your first games with her just to get how she works. Remember to mindgame especially on small loops1 -

I never thought of using M&A because the bigger her heartbeat is the less people can hear you coming but I never thought of being able to just get in closer and then using Phase just to surprise them, that's badass.

I've only started using her so I don't have all the perks but I've been taking...
BBQ & Chilli
Nurse's Calling
Enduring
Spirit fury
Got Stridor last night so I've been experimenting with that. If its good I might drop a perk for it.
The former build works good though. Enduring for if you get stunned while mindgaming a pallet, but mostly for Decisive Strike.
BBQ for finding new victims to sneak up on
Nurses works great due to her low terror radius
Spirit fury is good but not as needed on her imo0 -
BBQ, Nurse's, Sloppy Butcher (or Ruin if you don't have any add-ons that help you move faster while phasewalking), and Stridor. I use this build and do pretty damn well with the Yakuyoke Amulet and Wakizashi Saya.
