A community cosmetics workshop for skins and charms?

Like in dota maybe you guys can do a workshop where community would create their own cosmetics for them and there will be monthly competitions where winners would get like in game currency and their cosmetics will be added in to the game store as community items?

I would really like to see something like this, because not only does the Community have tons of great artists and people with incredible ideas. I'd love to see what ideas people can come up with for killer and survivor cosmetics! :D
