Unrelenting Buff (Rework)
The cooldown of missed basic attacks are reduced by 80% / 85% / 90%.
Cooldown after hitting an object with basic attack is reduced by 60%.
(Objects means like: walls, hooks, windows, cars, anything other than survivor or "air".)

If you make the cooldown that low people can just use it to move faster. Unrelenting is fine, 30% is plenty on the already low missed hit cooldown. The reason it's not used isn't the numbers, missing attacks is not something people plan to do so it will never be used in actual builds. This is one of those "training wheel" perks, not every perk can be strong.

I don't think Unrelenting needs a change, it's just a perk for beginners to use.

I really want Unrelenting to be good but this isn't how you do it. The numbers are too high

Numbers way too high, but you are going in the good direction. :)

I'd like to disagree. It's not even close to a training wheel perk. No one in the lower ranks are doing any fancy 360 or complex movements that would cause a lower rank killer to miss. So who is the training wheel for?
This perk is not fine at all, it's rated as one of the worst perk.
I think bringing the perk up to the level of Franklin's demise would be great. People bring Franklin's when they don't want to deal with the survivors flash light that day.
If we could make Unrelenting counter 360's survivors and dead hard that would be great. I think 60% would be a great number

In order to make it so killers can't just spam their lunge attacks to traverse the map, make it activate only when survivors are in a 12 meter radius around the killer
