Self Care Rework
Unlocks the ability to heal yourself without a Med-Kit
Starts the trial with 1/2/3 tokens
Each token garants a self-heal thats lasts 8 seconds, if you stop healing while self healing, the progress is reset, when you fully hell yourself with Self Care, you lose 1 token, if you lose all tokens, you cannot heal hourself anymore
This changes will make selfs heals a way more fast and probably take a brain if you consume a token right now or save for later, what u guys think?

Nah, you're asking for a rework of a perk that's already fine.

I agree. Maybe something like that could work as a new perk, but current Self Care is a fine perk as is.

Just make it another perk and give it extra ways to gain tokens. Maybe by finishing healing someone?
