Problematic killers rework idea
Nurse: Reduce base movement speed to 3.7m/s
Spirit: Increase movement speed to 3.8 for 2 seconds after exiting phase. No longer leave flames while walking, phasing sound occurs in terror radius
Hag: Increase base movement speed to 4.6, survivors receive a warning if a trap is near
Deathslinger: Increase base movement speed to 4.6m/s. After cancel aiming, reduce movement speed to 4.2 and cannot attack for 1 second.
Freddy: Dream projectile only charges up when hooking a survivor
Trickster: Allow trickster to keep main event, cancel main event will keep the remain charges
Clown: The gas effect stacks up if a survivor gets hit by the gas more than 1 time
Huntress: Fix hitboxes thank you
Leatherface: Can no longer rev chainsaw within 5 meters from a hooked survivor

Trickster - Main Event is changed to 5 knives, 1 knife will remove a health state from survivor with x amount of duration time.
Legion - like Clown with different bottle.. Legion a new power to switch to.. have them throw a knife option you can switch to called Precise Aim. Stalk to mark a survivor to expose and in X amount of time throw a knife and hit them to down them... long cooldown.
Plague - Two fountains on the map with different sink areas for survivors to cleanse. Like Freddy's teleport, Plague can teleport her power to her whenever she is on the map. Also Stuns will not take her out of her power anymore.

Clown change would be too strong
Nurse would still be too good (she needs a full rework)
Hag only needs anti camping measures
Deathslinger is annoying but fine balance wise
Huntress has needed that since day 1 but good change

The Leatherface one is probably the worst one on here next to Freddy. You can't have his ability not work next to a survivor cus then all that's gonna do is encourage survivors to just mindlessly rush hooks around him.
The Freddy thing is weird too cus you're denying his only useful power with the condition that he gets hooks. I say his only useful one cus I mean the snares slow half the time feels like it does nothing and lawl fake pallets. You can already get a head start away from him too when he starts to port to a gen and if he ports to the wrong one, then he's kinda boned. Plus his teleport already has a decently sized CD as it is.
Notifying survivors of Hag traps kinda defeats the whole purpose of, you know laying traps doesn't it? Plus they're already easy enough to get by if you crouch walk or hit them with a flashlight.
And I'd say no to Deathslinger's as well in regards to him being unable to attack and lowering his movement speed if he cancels his aim. His movement speed already is lowered when he aims, it doesn't make sense to make him slow and prevent him from attacking if he no longer has a clear shot.
The others...I don't really know enough about to really say one thing or the other to be honest.

I definitely agree with Spirit having her phase sound on when a survivor is within her terror radius as she phases. When she comes in from a distance, it's a directional noise which gives the survivor an auditory chance against her. That simple change would go a long way to fixing her. Not saying that's all, but then she will be more balanced.

Forgot to say, clowns reload time is increased to 4 seconds and cannot be cancel

That would just make him even more annoying to fight. It would mean you’d have to immediately predrop any pallet in a chase or get hit and you wouldn’t be able to make distance on him
