New survivor perk - static discovery

When hooked by the killer, you may select any of the three derelict survivors, (derelict means 50 meters away from the hook you are on, not doing a gen, not cleansing a totem, not in chase, and further than 20 meters from the killer.) once selected, you press the action button to shock them so that they scream out and reveal their location to the killer.
