Nurse is not balanced and never will be
Don't even know what to say. Just tired of her existence. If she gets nerfed more she's shat and nobody will use her so devs won't nerf her, but where she is still isn't fair and never will be because she can go through walls. If she couldn't go through walls she'd be fine, but this killer should've never existed. Long range killers are good. Killers with traps are good. Killers with one shots are good. Nurse is just unfair. She's got lunge like there is no tomorrow and can hit you before even appearing which I get is prob latency since we still blame latency for anything wrong with hitboxes but my god. It's so annoying to have her hit me around ######### that she should be slapping. I'm 100% sure her stats are only as low because of people that are learning her or playing her for challenges. If all the nurse mains still played this game her stats would be much higher. I've had a few on these forums say they come back when new stuff gets added to try it and get tired of winning and leave again and had one in game tell me the same thing on PTB.
Mega salt post but god damn she shouldn't exist in a game like this. No other killer is as brain dead and frustrating to play against. I don't even play her outside of challenges and I can succeed with her most times and its so dumb.

I really wish they reworked Nurse at the very start or something. I feel like it's too late at this point, but meh, I'm fine with that.

I think were all forgetting that nurse was reworked, quite a few times
nurse used to be a 115 killer with 3 blinks, and had no blink recharge, and ridiculously strong addons
and was balanced around the fact that 2/3 killers at the time were held back by infinites and was a bandaid fix to make the game playable

I agree but I hate her the most. I've hated most killers at some point but got over it due to not realizing something as a counter method or just not being good at this game. I've gotten way better and can escape most my games and at least 3k most killer games but for Nurse has never changed. The only nurse players I can escape from are the bad ones or ones that don't slug and I get hatch. I truly feel if all the nurse mains played more today they'd make it clear that she's not okay I've had some even admit that she's op and it throws me off that behavior don't rework her as you said. A killer that can just ignore all survivor defense with little to no punishment isn't a good design. PH and Nemesis can ignore vaults and pallets sure but if they miss they have to catch up and suffer a cooldown that gives you chance to escape or whatevs. Nurse doesn't give any of that.

I remember I hated it then but I played on console so I didn't have to deal with it as much because FPS was shat so they usually missed and weren't good at it so nobody played nurse on ps4. I'm on pc where those issues aren't as likely and you know the rest assuming you read everything.

Nurse is only as good as the person playing her, while still retaining viable counterplay, even against the best ones. She's the most balanced killer in the game.

Nurse is fine, i have problem only tournament level Nurses and there is not so much of them. For others? They are not problem. You can win againts them. Genrush and if she chase you, juke her. Confuse her with walls and mindgames. If your teammates finish gens fast, most of Nurses will lose.

She is hard to master or something like that. So people are fine with her even tho she plays a different game than DBD and is completely broken anywhere than comp.
But lets hate on Spirit and Wraith now, shall we

For now, I would make her post blink M1 isnt a basic attack so she would never work with Noed or other M1 attack related perks.

Infectious fright would still work so that doesn't fix anything. You'd just be nerfing stuff that doesn't really matter on nurse.

There is no real solution I am afraid.
Nerfing her would mean that no one will play her. (Like you said)
Reworking her is a bad idea since the people who love her would be pretty disappointed and pissed. Look at Freddy. They should never do a complete rework ever again.
Keeping her how she is would be the best idea and maybe nerf her Add-ons, mostly range and recharge because those can be disgusting on a good Nurse.

And the only one who can show those sweaty 4 mans whos boss. If they rework her and nerf spirit a LOT would have to happen to survivor balance. And i feel like thats what the devs fear the most. If you nerfed/reworked the 2 killers who could win in the upper bracket and survivors just win the devs would HAVE to do something to fix it. And knowing bhvr theyd mess it up somehow. So id keep her like this for now.

How can she be the most balanced when other killer who are much weaker like huntress or Demo are considered to be balanced

But they're not a problem. Spirit is annoying because people don't play with headsets or use iron will. She's just m1 killer like Legion but invisible when using her power. Wraith is just fast..I see no problem with him but I guess.

I like your idea. People don't even use her ultra rares. I played her after making this post just to prove a point to myself and I got the 3k and one got out in hatch. You don't need skill or much practice with her you really just need to get a little use to blinking and you can just win. But yeah I wish more people brought attention to her. Too many people out here saying she's the most balanced is a lie and the few that say she's weak. NGL though I love Freddy he's my fav horror icon and I mained him before his rework. Afterwards I stopped because it was too easy and I wanted to play more legion and huntress. With all that in mind though I was ready for a freddy nerf. Was tired of losing games to him just because people don't know how to deal with him and he had way too much going on for him. He had a teleport, slow add ons, general killer perks, and chase enders as well as a secondary power effect that makes his teleport recover faster if people are sleep..It was beyond op

I don't think Spirit really needs anything. If ANYTHING a speed nerf while phasing but that's if we're looking to nerf I think she's fine.

I will always say it's Huntress. If you can't hit hatchets you in most cases will fail. She lacks faster movement to compensate for the range she has and I think that's very fair. I love Blight though he's really fun to play as and against. No other killer excites me as much as the Blight does.

Balanced means strong, with counterplay.
Those killers are very balanced, but I feel that Nurse is more balanced since she takes more skill than them.
I'm not the only one with this opinion btw

I would agree that she is the most balanced killer in the aspect of a newby will most likely lose with her even against new survivor due to lacking the skill but she is also one of a few if not the only killer being able to keep up (not inherently win but keep up) at the top of the skill ladder where coordinated 4 men swf squads wait.
No other killer has that. But at the same time she is busted in the middle mostly thanks to matchmaking being a mess for years in my eyes.
