Tenacity Buff
What if tenacity made it so that you dont leave blood trails similar to no mither when you are dying? Thus making it easier to sneak away if the killer slugs you for a medium amount of time? And/or made you quieter while dying similar to no mither as well?

i think a slight muffling would be good, like what no mither does with 50% reduction

It's just 50% though so it's not complete. If another perk would muffle dying state sounds, it should be around 25%-50% as well

As cool as this idea seems, we already know that slugged survivors are pretty good at hiding and a slugging killer would use Deerstalker so I guess this is more of a minor buff

i'd be alright with this as long as they fix the "silent when downed" bug once and for all.
