Twins feedback
Victor's 5 seconds cooldown on successful hit is completely annoying because you can't quickly switch to Charlotte. That make slugging problem even worse than before. I suggest to keep it 5 seconds, but after 3 seconds switch to Charlotte become available.
Also I would suggest to give Charlotte a little speedboost after waking up, same as Wraith. It will make her come little faster to the slug.
This changes probably wouldn't make Twins oppressive, but I believe playing this killer will be much more comfortable.

People have been asking to make Charlotte more useful than an m1 killer since forever ("rage mode" when victor is crushed, switching while victor is stunned, faster switching, etc) but the devs seem to ignore that and instead nerf victor

I like rage mode idea. Charlotte could be instadown for 10-15 seconds, while Victor is unavailable. But it's probably too much to ask.
