Why this patch all but only survivor buffs ?

I usually don't mind complaints as long as people stay respectful, that's what this forum is for, I just hate the us vs. them mentality from people that only play one side. When I've started to play both sides, good lord how this expanded my horizons

Yeah. it's blindingly obvious when someone is complaning about something that they clearly haven't used themselves. The second someone making a balance/feedback thread makes it obvious they only play one side I immediately invalidate their opinion and slose the thread.

Exactly. Pretty sure that we will see this Perk very often in Killer Loadouts, maybe not instantly after the Release, but after a few weeks or maybe months we will see it frequently.
2 -
yeah, its gonna take some time for people to unlock the Perk and adjust their builds, but once they did i believe it can be rather frequently played Perk.
nothing meta shaking, but definitely a viable choice.

Eruption so far is my favorite part of the DLC. Lethal pursuer #2. People don't realize how busted spawn points are right now. Survivors spawning separated, survivors spawning in pairs but on opposite sides of the map, the 4 survivors spawning together across from you rarely happens anymore. The amount of time doing your starting rotation is removed, you start the game with immediate pressure on hopefully more than 1 survivor the amount of time that gives you gives/saves can be massive. Pressured before a gen is touched how can that not be seen as a good perk? I agree all her perks after there buff are good. Hysteria has some potential but not sold just yet will have to play around some more with that one. Don't think Demo should have been touched regardless of how small the numbers are or what they buffed in return. As for Franklins they should have made the vaccines not be affected by it even easier for keys to be used which for some reason are still in this game in their current state.

The most overrated perk in the game.

All killer perks massively buffed. All 6 survivor perks untouched.
Lethal Pursuer is game changing, another likely meta perk. Those other perks too.
Franklin's Demise buffed to drain expensive charges from a purple medkit.

I can see Lethal Pursuer on some killers:
The high mobility Killers: Nurse, Spirit, Blight, Hillbilly (if anyone plays him)
The Early Game Matters Killers: Ghostface, Myers, Legion, Pig, Oni, Doctor
Bonus Round: Huntress for a start game cross-map hatchet

How long it should last? 30 seconds? Minute? 9 seconds is long time to choose which survivor is at the bad spot and snowball effect with pop starts at the very beginning. Not op perk but powerful perk on many killers. You just think that 9 seconds is too short but you know at the very start where everyone is and can play with that. Just to say that you don't need to say "but I know where everybody is" because that's a straight lie. Best Nemesis perk and lethal on half of the killers.

Hysteria and Eruption got the treatment many other perks deserve shorter Cooldown and no M1 basic attack requirement.

They buffed Lucky Break.

Fair enough, maybe I'll end up changing my mind, who knows.

I think you're missing my point here. I'm not saying 9 seconds is too little and I'm not saying people won't utilize it but what I am saying is that I don't want to have a entire perk slot wasted after those 9 seconds are up. Even if you get good early game pressure because of it, you're now playing the game with 3 perks and that could end up being less and less depending on if you have Hex perks or not.
I plan on trying it in a build that synergizes with it such as Corrupt, but as for having it in my regular build, I don't think it's worth it.

Lethal Pursuer is a bit overestimated imho. On a normal M1 killer it does next to nothing, best you can hoe for is early injure. It gives you a bit of momentum, but if you have nothing to sustain it, its wasted perk slot. Especially when there are much better things to put there.
Now, im actually suprised by Hysteria. Not gonna lie, didnt expect devs to buff it to great state, but its plesant suprise and it shows that they are willing to actually buff killers if they need it. Hopefully. Back to perk, interesting thing is that it procs on EVERY injured survivor, INCLUDING the one that you just injured. What is REALLY good. It can also br proc-ed by whatever means, aka, yay for Twins, Legion and Plague. Overall great change.
Eruption change was good, not as good as Hysteria, but thats probably because perk is a bit weaker in basics than Hysteria is.
Demo nerfs are sad, but justified. Cannot really argue with them even if i wanted to. His add ons were tad bit too powerful for browns and yellows, but they still are useful just as before.
Franklins nerf was not needed, pointless and downright bad. Good thing is, it helps you tinny bit more with dealing with medkits. Downside is that keys have no counter now. Which is really, really, really, really bad. Guess its time to start dodging lobbies.

That perk suits well in my Bubba build and gonna use it rather than Infectious. Sure it won't help you if you are playing set up killer but it's good perk to some killers.

To be fair Franklin's was really bad at countering keys anyway. If anything it made keys stronger by taking one of your perk slots. Smart survivors do not keep the key in their hand when they bring one. Mass slugging is still the much better counter to keys.
Yeah i do agree that you need the mobility to really make use out of Lethal pursuer but even without it has value. Like I wouldn't call it the best on every killer but outside of setup killers i would always apreciate it.
Hysteria is quickly becoming my favorite perk god it's fun to jumpscare people with killers that usually don't jumpscare

this seems good idea but later on i will be working with 2 perks only, dunno if the tradeoff will be good or not. I will try on several killers first

My theory is this perk came to help new players who came to the game for this new chapter find survivors easier being new and all.
Its a wasted perk slot for any experienced killer.

"Is the Nemesis perks gonna change the meta?"
When's the last time a survivor perk changed the meta?
Not even 'changed the meta', when's the last time a survivor perk lived past release week?
I suspect it might be Nancy Wheeler's Inner Strength.

yes that's why the perk is only mediocre at the best, both survivor and killer, and yet with franklin demise nerf, then it's actually buffs for survivor in this patch
- Increased the duration of the perk "Lucky Break" to 40/50/60 seconds (up from 35/40/45).

Because the 4K ratio is over 70% outside red ranks which means the game isn’t fun for casual players. Rank 18 killers are getting easy 4K games and they don’t have to get better or even try until maybe purple ranks. For casual players the game is brutal for survivor.
the biggest mistake this game makes is building around 5000 hour red rank players, and the fact only killer mains go on forums or Reddit the majority of the time and bully anyone who says anything about killer builds, is why you have a one sided game. I know that 4K is important to you all but it means 1 player out of 5 gets to have fun. That isn’t fair.
