Any Means Necessary is a great perk against Nemesis
I've been using this perk a lot since 1. I'm a Yui main (and I like her perks) and 2. Nemesis just released which means those irritating zombies are going to be patrolling the map non-stop (because multiple people are playing him of course).
The only way survivors can destroy zombies is by killing them with pallets.
During the PTB I tried using Any Means Necessary against the zombies as much as I could, I felt it wasn't enough to counteract them given the fact that they respawned 30 seconds after being destroyed.
So when this patch note came out:
I decided to try the perk again when the DLC officially released. I binged the game from 4PM to 5AM (yes I took breaks, don't panic). I found that the change had an impact on the counteraction of the zombies.
With Tier 3 of Any Means Necessary, you have precisely a minute cooldown. So with the time it takes for the zombies to respawn and for AMN's cooldown to wear off, you only have 15 seconds to wait before you can use the perk again.
The only issue to this is there are two zombies roaming around, so I would suggest using this perk when you most need it, it just saves you wasting a pallet to a zombie.
Edit: Fixed some punctuational errors.

I once made a post about this back when the PTB happened. I absolutely agree that AMN is great against Nemesis because of those zombos.

Also hi fellow Yui main.

Greetings c:
That perk was just calling out to me the moment I heard on the stream that survivors could kill zombies with pallets.

It would be nice if the zombie flesh muffled the sound explosion dropping a pallet normally makes. I'd use it then.
Yes I know the zombie falls down on Nemesis' screen and he can see it without the explosion.

I want AMN to have ability reading dropped pallets aura in 32m. Even if the aura read only available when the cool down is off, to make it not a weaker version of WoW with 2nd ability.

That doesn't seem like a bad idea, I hope they do more with it in the future because I feel it's an underrated perk with so much potential.

It's also good in general if the Killer decides to not break some pallets during chases(sometimes the smart thing to do) and you can pick them up later.

Yeah, especially the shack pallet, the perk works best with that one.
