This patch has made killer unfun.
The frame drops have made killer extremely frustrating to play. It's been an exercise in misery trying to slog through this.

Well the issue I think most killers will run into is they aren’t used to developing skill. You get 4K games at rank 18 and it never ends. Survivors have a much harder grind which is why they’re so good at red ranks. Killers need a higher skill curve to learn to compete. Plus if your definition of fun is a 4K match, that just means you’re the only one having fun. That’s an issue in itself.

Devoping skill? The subject had nothing to do with skill or lack thereof. The subject touches on how bad the performance is, which I wholeheartedly agree makes DBD incredibly infuriating to play right now.

There are potatoes on both sides not just killer, because of how easy it is to rank up. Both sides at base have about an equal skill curve but in the end killers do need more time because there are many killers that all have many different abilities and play styles.
Also did you even read this guys post? Man says its unplayable because of frames

If im honest i feel each killer should have its own rank, Survivors basically have the same gameplay all around outside of the perks, but Killers dont, each one plays different from one another and their perks/addons can change them drastically.
Its annoying when a new killer comes out and you get destroyed easily due to not being used to it and your stuck on the high ranks.
This is also why we need some form of testing ground to try out the killers on our own.

The stats don’t lie. Most games are 4K for killer. If your sweating for a 4K every round, that’s a you problem my friend. Hang in there.

Survivor hasn't been that bad. It still has it's rough moments but nowhere near as bad as killer has been.

That is the point of MMR, if they ever actually release it permanently. Each killer will have a different hidden MMR and survivor will have 1 overall MMR. Rank will then just be a sign of playing time and will reward people with BP for higher ranks, at least that is how they announced it before.
Personally I want them make MMR visible if they ever release it.
