Zombies refused to spawn on a Swamp map

Description: When playing as Nemesis on the Swamp map, at least on the ferry boat variation, prevents any zombies from spawning at all
Steps: my addons were Marvin's blood and visitor's wrist band, offering was survivor puddin. Perks: Lethal pursuer, I'm all ears, NOED, and Remember me. Once I loaded onto the map no zombie spawned for the whole trial. Unsure if the addons, offering, or perks. But, I listed these just incase these were somehow an issue.
Frequency of issue: Unknown, I've only experienced it once on the Ferry variation of the Swamp, everywhere else I went was perfectly fine.

I had the same issue on Ormond. No zombies throughout the entire match.
