Covert bugged grabs to hits

Basically like the title says, more often than not you hit the attack button, the game decides that it's a grab only for the survivor to run away mid animation and you getting stuck with an extended arm.

Not only do you have to chase the survivor instead of hooking, you have to chase them twice since they have both health states.

Ideally if the arm animation is initiated, the grab would work, but as long as it doesn't, If the grab fails it should at least take away one health state (or two if exporsed), like you would have hit them with the basic attack if not for the bugged grab.

    That why you should always go for a charge attack its the only way to be sure you dont do a grab by mistake.

    That's a mediocre workaround. If I'm a stealthy piggy or Myers I want the greedy grab.

    The worst part is the grabing animation playing in the survivor POV and still not happening.


    as survivor i keep seeing killers failing grabs from survivors unhooking in their faces, and survivors finishing gens.


    i laught when it happens playing as survivor, but i don't feel it fair.

    Recommend spamming the M1 if going for a grab.

    Yeah I've noticed this problem ever since the new content patch dropped that grabs have been super buggy and most of the time I'll be caught in the middle of one when survivors just run away. Its really disgusting not being able to punish survivors greeding generators/unhooks in my face.
