Losing instead of gaining pips

Initially thought it was just a display bug, have also had pips not count, post match rank showing differently than upper right display, and now am ACTUALLY losing pips when I should be gaining them.
Playing Bubba (Have had it on Nemesis too)
Perks in slot order: BBQ & Chili, Iron Grasp, Knock Out, Corrupt Intervention (in this pic case, but it happens with any other killer and perk combo so far as I can tell.)
Addons: Chili and Primer Bulb (again, doesn't seem related)
Happening frequently, at least once <10 games, just had 3 times in a row.

Same thing happening to me on Deathslinger. No matter how well I do or how bad I do my rank stays at Rank 5 with 3 pips.
