T-Virus inconsitency? And it favors survivors?
Hitting a survivor with Tentacle Strike gives the survivor a speed boost, whether healthy or injured (the same speed boost as losing a health state).
Meanwhile, survivors can use an antivirus syringe and it will not disable Decisive Strike (which means they are not recovering a health state).
----
So which is it?
Is it a health state or not?
Either remove the speed boost on infection or disable Decisive Strike when curing it, because survivors are currently getting the best of both while The Nemesis gets fogged over.

I dont think its a health state. When you get injured you stop Breaking a totem a totem for example.
But when you get infected you still can break the totem without losing the progress.
So yeah its not a health state but gives survivors a speed boost.

It isnt inconsistent. There are only four syringes and this scenario your providing is very detailed and might be less likely to happen. Yes, you get a speed boost but your tentacle strike hits across multiple meters so it really wouldnt matter. You also are faster than survivors so at some point you may catch up to them. Make sure you entirely see the facts.

As for decisive, just pick them up and get the stun.

Yes, the tentacle strike has range, but it does not pull the survivor to you. This means the survivor gets a few meters head start on top of the 3s speed boost since they're likely being hit at range. Meanwhile, The Nemesis is slowed to a halt.

DS doesn't deactivate when gaining a healthstate under normal circumstances too unless you're the one healing.
Opening a chest and using the syringe ìtem is none of the things that are listed to deactivate DS

It doesnt need to. It specifically hits survivors from 10 meters i think? plus againkiller speeds are higher than survivor. you can just quickly catch up.

2 seconds. 3 seconds comes from Exhaustion perks, being injured is a 2 second boost.

DS doesn't deactivate when you change a health state, it deactivates when you heal yourself or heal another. It's why mending doesn't deactivate DS either. It's not inconsistent, you just need to not tunnel.
Because it's really hard to abuse new DS.

After reading all your posts you also gotta see some facts.
Yes, you're faster than the survivor but you give them 2 speed boosts before being able to down them. If they're smart and just hold Shift+W, they waste a huge amount of time for the killer which is critical. They don't even have to be good at looping to waste a huge amount of time. Nemesis has no mobility outside of his 115% movement speed.
"Just eat DS" also wastes another 5 seconds of being stunned followed by yet another chase. You already lost gen pressure because you were chasing the survivor through 2 speed boosts and then you lose even more gen pressure due to the stun and another chase.
If I'd chase after a survivor through 2 speed boosts and pick him up after downing him just to get DSed and then chase him again in red ranks, I've probably already lost 3 gens before finding another survivor during that time.
And lastly - it's 5 meters on T1&2 and 6 on T3.
