Healthy change to remove any sort of "pay to win" in DBD
You should be able to do a character's bloodweb even if you don't own them. This way, there is still progression, but you can unlock the character's teachable perk without actually having to own them. Also, if you want to buy a character to play as them you can level them up before-hand.

I love this but it won't happen.
At least we are getting the event soon with daily perk change I guess.

Or just remove the BP cap. That would solve that problem while solving another as well.

This doesn't solve the teachable perk problem because you still would have to buy the character to get their teachable which shouldn't be a thing.

really is true. the characters themselves, sure you can buy them. but as their perks, should be more widely available so players have the same chances as others.
