Did BHVR not see that Nemesis gives the survivor 2 Whole Sprint bursts to down the survivor? and the zombies get broken %50 of the time.

And the other 50% of the time zombies will give you a free down for 0 effort

That’s the problem. Half of his power is completely luck and map dependent

Highly likely nemesis will get some changes during the next mid chapter but he could get something next chapter possibly.

How would you buff him? Removing the 1st hit would make him overwhelmingly strong imo. The actual cooldown on hits is also fine. Honestly I'd just reduce base Vaccinnes to 2.

Yeah the zombies don't do anything unless:

Nemesis chases the survivor into the zombie or

The survivor is just as brainless as the zombie

Regarding his buffs (which I REALLY hope he gets) I assume they will come with the next next mid chapter update

And other problem on topic. 3 hits are so much on high ranks.

I really hope. Because i really liked Nemesis so much. He is not boring like Huntress or weak like Trickster. He is my fav range killer with PH. But Nemesis is weak for some reasons: 3 hits + useless zombies.

I’m not too worried about that since nemesis can already get hits really easily anyway but the speed boost it gives should be halfed when contaminating.

    Otherwise he’s honestly fine

Maybe because they already stated they will wait a few months before huge changes. Honestly though, Nemmy doesn’t need buffs. Zombies provide tracking a lot of the time, and can sometimes block doorways. His tentacle also is really good, you shouldn’t be just giving out free speed bursts with it though.

In summation, he’ll get a buff if the data shows he needs one in about 3 months, but he doesn’t need one.

I am playing Nemesis a lot currently to get all Perks on him and I take the extra Speed Boost for the Survivor to get to Tier 3 as fast as possible. It is worth it IMO.

I would love some changes to his Mutation Rate, it should be faster and the respective Add Ons should be nerfed to compensate.

I do like where Nemesis is right and how his power works. The 3 hits makes sense and even though it does take a lot to down someone, reducing it to 2 would be too strong. If I were to buff Nemesis it would probably be to reduce the vaccine count to 2, and/or increase the time it takes to open the vaccine chest and inject it. Also fixing the zombie AI to not get stuck literally every game would also be good lol

I agree he is fine killer but no seriously speed boost have to go. Or remove 2 vaccine. Because this was my biggest problem with him. I was chasing someone in middle of game. He was not infected. If i chase him with m1, i am Trapper without traps. If i use tentacle, he will get speed boost without injured. This is lose or lose case for Nemesis. This have to fix and Nemesis will be okey.

Honestly, make mutation rate like Freddy's sleep; it slowly ticks up. After all, the T-Virus can be airborne.

This way, Nemmy does not have to give Survivors a free Sprint Burst to infect them. Because that is the major weakness of his kit; he extends chases so massively for 0 gain, in a current meta where a Killer chasing a Survivor for just 15 seconds too long can cost them the game.

I’m hoping they’ll surprise us with a buff during this mid-chapter but we’ll have likely have to wait until next chapter or mid-chapter unfortunately. It seems like the devs were just so scared of him being A tier or possibly even S tier that they threw in unnecessary restrictions that might be removed in a few months. Even then, they’ll probably add a couple of random nerfs to a part of his kit that doesn’t need it just because one situation that could happen 0.23% of the time.

Also his zombie AI is so hit or miss. I had a zombie get close to me and another Survivor repairing a gen and you are never going to guess what it did. It lowered its arms, growled, and WALKED AWAY. I get that zombies aren’t the sharpest tools in the shed, but what the hell? Was that one just drunk or something?

He´s the only killer that performs better by not using his power.

Infection should actually have some downsides and he should be able to limit the area where zombies spawn. Otherwise the zombies (which are his primary power, at least according to the addons) are useless.

The problem is that when you hit a survivor they speed up when you infect them.

That is a time consuming aspect, but I think that if he were able to damage right out of the gate it'd be a bit too wild. I think removing or lowering vaccinnes is the way to go for a buff.

He's already pretty boring to play against as he's just another "hold W cause pallets are a free hit lol" killer so I'm apprehensive about nerfing the hold W aspect.

    50%?

Literally when? I've never been hit by one, ever.

Also I find his tentacle to be easier to avoid than PH. By far the easiest Killer to loop and have an extended chase with.

I guess we just have completely different views on and experiences with Nemesis.

Trickster took a chapter to get "buffs", which were them just choking the numbers on his current gameplay down a bit. Nemesis likely won't fair any better.
