NOED - Can Survivors get an Exposed indicator if NOED becomes active?
I don't see why the Exposed status has to be hidden if and when NOED becomes active when the exit gates get powered. It becomes a guessing game whether going for a hooked survivor is possible or outright impossible.

Yeah, because Rancor shows up to obsession, so I wouldn't mind if NOED showed up too. It would be little annoying to use Devour hope with it tho, because it would negate any chance to reach 5 tokens without survivors to know with ranged killers.

Rancor isn’t just exposed tho. It’s a heads up that the killer can instakill you. Also it’s not a hex.

While I despise this perk, this is not the way to go about changing NOED. Otherwise it gets special treatment from every other hex perk, which only reveals itself once its effects have been applied to a survivor. A more fair solution is a base kit totem counter, either in the HUD or a shrine in the basement a survivor can check the number of remaining totems. As well as changing the requirement of triggering or removing NOED.
