    base kit he's okay, pre-rework was better as overheat feels a little unfair but it's not too oppressive. His add-on are just bad, they're gimmicky and mostly ineffective and it would be great if they updated them to be more consistent and effective. Like removing the conditions for the charge time ones (pallet stun and being 4.4) but maybe stop them from stacking or decreasing the values so even if they are stacked they aren't insane like what they did with Huntress's wind up add-ons some years back

    Garbage Add-ons and messy hitboxes and animations. Fixing these would bring enjoyability and players back.

    I would prefer add-ons for it, 2.5 seconds by default is perfect

    I think one of his weaknesses is that he is easily countered due to the limited number of add-ons he can use. Also, he is very map dependent and lacks stability.

    Theres is no reason to punish yourself with playing billy when stronger, easier and killers with actually good add ons exist
