Spirit Change
Based on survivor's hearing Spirit's phasing sound based on the terror radius of the husk that appears from it, wouldn't giving the husk Insidious after the Spirit stands in place longer than 2-3 seconds make sense? In this way a Spirit player has enough time to see which direction survivors break away from the loop and enter phasewalk without activating the drop in terror radius, which would cause the survivor to know that the Spirit was, in fact, in their power for sure. But not allow the Spirit to sit in place for so long that the survivor mind games themselves, because the survivor will know that the Spirit has a very specific window in which to act. Because of this change in the manipulation of her own terror radius and phasewalking sounds, it would give Spirit players a new avenue for skill expression while simultaneously nerfing the worst part of her 1v1.
Because of this I would change:
- Drop Dried Cherry Blossoms to Rare tier.
- Convert Prayer Bead Bracelet to be the very rare passive phasing addon, slightly buffing it over Dried Cherry Blossoms, increasing viability. Also light up the addon on the HUD when it activates, allowing players to more actively take advantage of passive phasing. (Must use any phasing addon to see this information.)
- Raise Bloody Hair Brooch to very rare in accordance with its new power budget.

Standing still mindgame is usually the worst so weakening that is top priority. I can go with your changes
