The effects of this perks do not change.
My advice is to make this perk gain bloodlust 20/25/30% (earlier 5) faster and make the proggression of bloodlust persist for additional 4/6/8 seconds after losing the chase. You don't gain bloodlust during the time after losing the chase.

I'm not sure. 5% is really small for how long it takes to even reach bloodlust 2. Then again, any increase in numbers would make it really strong
