More Bloodpoints

So simply I don't think we get enough Blood points.

So this is my explanation portion of the discussion, so from the system they have in place we get a 'quest' every day that nets you somewhere between 50-100K (I think) and that's only enough to level up 2-3 web's once you're past level 30 on a character. The only other way to get blood points is through playing the game which gets you (If you play well and don't use anything to get you more BP) around 20k per match. For me to level one character from level 1-50 that takes me a whole day of playing and I don't have the time for that so It takes me playing the game for 3 days a few hours each day just to get level 50. Then even if you get level 50 that doesn't mean you get all the perks you wanted. I simply think there just isn't enough BP getting given.

I think first of all 3 'quests' should be given each day no just one and that the 100% bonuses to the offerings should be more common in webs. When trying to level up a new character I use Party Streamers/ . Even while using these it takes me 500k + BP just to get to level 50 and then half the time just get ######### perks. I'm currently levelling my Bill and I got to level 50 without getting even level 1 for self care and it took me 10-20 more level 50 webs just to get self care 3. Overall that cost me over 1 million BP which took days to get.

Leave your opinions down below I'll reply to what I can.

Are you guys serious? They just buffed up bloodpoint gains exponentially with the 2.0 patch and you guys are still crying for more? And not only did they buff it up they buffed it in a way so that even if you have a bad match you can still gain a lot of points.

When you say a lot it really isn't if you read any of my discussion I went through why its so hard. Also I'm not crying for more I suggested making it 3 quests daily not just one. As well as if you read any of my post which I assume you didn't by your attitude 20k points per good game is not nearly enough to level up a character.

After reading your posts it's still blatantly apparent you're too lazy to play a game with even a slight grind to it. You can get anyone to level 40 in just a few hours of playing and get their teachables, you can get everyone to level 50 in maybe 2 weeks. 20k not enough are you serious? If you're that greedy for blood points then maybe you need to get better at the game. I have no issue getting 30-40k per match as a solo survivor and upwards of 45-50k+ per match as killer. The game gives many ways to earn a ridiculous amount of blood points, each side has a perk which can double your blood points every game and there are 16 different offerings in the game the offer points, 2 of which give you ANOTHER 100% increase. Killers get 15 offerings to use for more points. If you're that desperate for more blood points you need to be burning an offering every single game. It amazes me people don't already and would rather stock pile them. Quit complaining over a little grind when this game has more than enough ways to earn massive amounts of points per game. If I can get 100k BP in 3 games as a survivor than so can everyone else.

This is insane! The old bloodwebs and BP generations took forever to level, now IT'S SO MUCH EASIER. If you are complaining about this you obviously don't know how hard it was previously to level up your characters. I'm talking 200k BP per web and gaining a measly 20k BP per game. THAT'S TEN GAMES FOR ONE LEVEL. The way BP are now is really generous towards new players and players that are more casual. Please just play the game and grind a little bit. Then maybe come back here and rethink your opinion after you put 4 hours of decent 30k BP games in and level up tons.

    See you in the Fog

I'm fine with amount of bloodpoints we get currently. It really doesn't take long at all to get what you need. Especially if you play a decent amount. My only suggestion would be to increase the cap some. Nothing drastic or anything, maybe just to 1,250,000 or 1,500,000.

They've seriously made leveling up easier TWICE and it still isn't enough for you people?

Go play a game where you dont have to earn anything yourself, because clearly working hard is a big allergy to a lot of you.

Yeah, I don't understand where some people are getting this. I have no issues leveling anyone I want and in a reasonable amount of time.

An old blood web would always be full, and cost 174k. I just looked at the current web of my P3 50 meg, and her web costs 108k.

Obviously you have to factor in the entity as well (and to be fair, the old bloodwebs sometimes were set up so the entity could take more than half a blood web on its own), but the point is they've significantly reduced the cost of ranking up.

Also you need to consider how you're using the blood web. Ultimately it's a resource management minigame, so you should be considering how cheap can you do a blood web. Don't just grab items you want, plot out a path that minimises the amount of bp you spend on a character. Ideally you'd also focus on getting all your characters to level 40 before you even consider going to 50.

Also keep in mind that if you get a character to 50, you have to immediately decide if you want to prestige or not. If you do, don't go over 50. Every point you go over is ultimately wasted if you're someone who has limited time to play the game.

You can even prioritise the order that you rank characters up, to increase the chances of those characters teachables appearing at low levels for your other characters. It's all just a big game, and once you understand how to play it, you'll find the grind isn't as bad as you think it is.

Yeah it still takes a lot of time to level everyone up, but it's not that bad of a grind, all things considered. You also have the benefit of the Shrine of Secrets now, letting you basically skip putting bp into a character you don't want to play, in order to get their teachables (or just get more BP).

I don't have experience pre 2.0 beyond a handful or hours, so no basis to compare the current rate we earn blood points.

    It does feel pretty measly.

But I am only playing as a Killer and the more I research how to play, and effective builds, the more I see that pretty much any killer needs a couple of their own perks in tandem with a perk from 2 other killers to be really effective. The perks, at low levels, feel pretty useless as survivors are a nightmare to deal with at times.

This, admittedly, probably skews my perception.

Maybe I'm mismanaging my blood points, focusing on learning a killer while I feed them to another to unlock their perks?

Maybe I am overestimating how effective top level perks will be once I have them and being impatient?

Maybe I shouldn't worry too much about it because survivors are too much of a pain in the ass anyways, and there's no perk that can stop 3 gens from being started mere seconds apart 2 minutes after a match starts.
