Perk tiers
I think they need to be removed. From a consumer and marketing stand point they are bad. It's a tiresome grind and due to how many perks there are I believe it actually deters people from getting cosmetics 😉.
People don't want to spend money on the something they have to spend even more time to get full enjoyment out of.

It gives you somet to grind for at least.

That's kind of the issue, the grind is getting too big even for veteran players, let alone those who are just starting. The removal of perk tiers would also allow the devs to change some perks for the better e.g. remove unnecessary cooldowns from certain perks.

You could always grind for cosmetics and there's a certain extent to grinding where is just to much someone posted it here before how long it takes and it's a ridiculous amount of time.
