Why not change the loading screens?
I have a creative idea with this one. Basically, when ever you load into a map like Saw, the Saw theme will start playing and we'll see photos of the map, and maybe some pics from the actual movie. It's a cool improvement to loading screens and it will do the maps justice. I got this idea from the call of duty zombies games and the gta loading screen so what do y'all think?

Then people will just ALT + F4 if they get a map they don't like.

They can do the same now, so not that much of a difference.

It's not the same. You don't get penalized for forcing your game to close during the loading screen (my computer turned off during a loading screen because there was a power fault, while I logged back, I didn't get penalized)
And the lock is just temporary, it will be enabled soon.

I think this would be a fun change.
I really like the 5 year event loading screens as well!

I think that's because DC penalty isn't entirely on? Unless it did get re-enabled recently.

Oh. The other reasonable answer then is the fact that you logged AFTER the penalty was over.

That might be true, I don't remember how much I waited to log in, but at least I had memories of logging right away.

But then you're gonna open the game and wait a long time to get into a lobby, then into a game to then realize you're getting the same map again... Haha
