While Being Carried, You Can Drop A Nearby Standing Pallet To Stun The Killer And Save Yourself.
Also When Being Carried, You Can Wiggle To A Amount Of Progress And Wiggle Faster.
Reaching 10% Wiggle Progression , You Wiggle 5% Faster
Reaching 15% Wiggle Progression, You Wiggle 10% Faster
Reaching 20% Wiggle Progression, You Wiggle 15% Faster
You Can Drop A Standing Pallet At Any Wiggle Progress.

Wiggle speed is mostly cosmetic, sadly, since hooks are plentiful and pretty much always close by. So an up to 15% increased wiggle speed is not going to leave much of an impression. It also can't be allowed to, since if it were to consistently allow you to wiggle free, it would be tremendously overpowered and destroy killer gameplay.
I do think however that Power Struggle should lose its complete dependency on Flip-Flop to have any hope of functioning, and that it should be switched over to a charge-to-activation system, like Flashbang and Blast Mine.
In other words...
This perk charges off of recovery and wiggle progress. Once charged, you can drop a standing pallet while being carried by the killer. Doing so will remove the perk's charge.
This would make it -slightly- less conditional and removes the Flip-Flop requirement.

So it no longer has the requirement of 25% wiggle progression for the Pallet to be dropable? If that's the case, then it's broken, if it's still there, then this buff sounds interesting!

Yes Sure! No Progress Requirement. This removes the needs of flip-flop. However, killers can still be worthy of not going threw pallets. So thats why I decided to add the bonus wiggling speed! Like a extra chance.

But this does guarantee that if you're under a pallet you're pretty much safe.
And on good survivor who can loop that would be devastating.

It's a fat nope from me, imagine, you have this perk, you just never drop any pallet, you die under them, you're carried and bam instant pallet save, totally broken, even old DS was not that broken.
And imagine with allies that have Any means necessary. No, sorry but no, this would be a disaster
