Possible refund?

Can we have a refund on the skins we have bought that were changed on the new update on survivors?

It's possible? They changed the product (skin). It's no longer the skin I had (aesthetically).

DBD's EULA ststaes that no Virtual goods (including skins, characters, power ups, currency) purchased with real money are eligible for a refund. Everyone agreed to this EULA when they first opened the game, and whenever the EULA is updated they must agree again.

    So, basically, no.

There is no refund on virtual goods - this includes skins. Please refer to the EULA where this is explained, as this is a Live game you accept that changes can be made.

Nope. They wouldn’t even give a refund for the Resident Evil DLC even though I couldn’t play it for over a month due to being on PS4 lol.
