Toolboxes Cause Frame drops

When using a Toolbox to repair a gen, it just starts dropping frames making the skill checks impossible to hit


Tested on PS4 with the Anniversary Toolbox

Unsure if other toolboxes are affected by this bug

    Tested again with normal Toolboxes and no frame drops


    Tested with Anniversary Toolbox and Medkit and causes Frame Drops

    Seems to be an issue with just them items
