Chest item icon bug (PC)

When you loot a chest it will ALWAYS quickly flash the icon for a green medkit (with whatever rarity the actual item is, for example it will be a brown background but still green medkit icon.) before actually showing the item you got. If you are using custom icons though it does not do this bug. It even happens on the vaccine boxes. Don't know how to add a video in here so here are screenshots.

Same here PS4, has to be a general bug.

I've noticed this only when opening the vaccine box. It shows a greyed out medkit, like you showed, for a split second. Then again, I haven't searched any chests this patch.
