So why dose trickster still have recoil
I'm really enjoying his buffs but it still feels like I'm having a stroke trying to move my Thumb sticks to keep on the survivor and the recoil is not helping. When I go against decent survivors

It’s also the handedness of his throws. He never throws directly in the center its either slightly right or slightly left... which gets worse and worse the farther the Survivor gets.

Just dont play Trickster. I know, my comment will probably not help you that much, but you will have a way better time without the Depipster. Unless you want to derank, i would probably choose other Killers.
You should try Deathslinger or Huntress, they are pretty fun i can tell. Deathslinger is easy to play and you can do a 360 Quickscope! You can also fake a Quickscope and bait Dead Hard x) It's so much fun if you got his meta Perks.

Plus the alternating throw pattern freaking sucks to deal with on top of the recoil.

Personally as someone who plays on PC, the recoil is never really an issue for me.
But I can see why console players get ######### over it.

I'm assuming they tested him without recoil & found him too easy to down & injure people.

Same. For me, just tapping the power and resetting my aim a bit right after is enough for it to be barely noticeable. But a character that requires tracking to be effective might be a call for BHVR to implement some kind of aim assist for players using a controller.

than you have some saying "Yeah just get better at aiming" you should land 44/44 knives with no error. right....

What they should do is make his knife throws centered. As of now they have an alternating throw pattern.
So if they made his throws centered they could keep the recoil and have it be less of an issue.

That's the issue if I wasn't some what enjoying something about him I wouldn't play him but I am semi enjoying him with the buffs but I just cant control the recoil if they aren't running in straight lines

That is possible
but same could be said for huntress or deathslinger deathslinger dosent have weapon sway
huntres's arm dosent get tired and starts to go in random directions
I could get tricksters knives being less centered as he throws faster but it dosent explain the recoil

Imaging you either hold a rifle or a laser pointer at a moving can
After 1st shot with rifle, you have to re-aim it (Huntress & Slinger)
Laser pointer is difference, you need a single sec or two to connect the can, then you never missing it again (Trickster)
If Trickster doesnt have recoil and spread every knife after the first 3 will always be a hit.
