[PC] Can't move, look, do anything for entire game. HUD also became translucent.

As soon as I loaded in I couldn't do anything, my mouse cursor was visible and trying to look around just moved it and not my camera. Any in-game command did nothing. I tried alt-tabbing out and back in but nothing happened. The HUD was also translucent the entire game.
The possible cause of this is I missed the offerings during the offering screen so as I was loading in and the camera was circling around I was spamming exc, then I alt tabbed out to check something right after seeing the offerings.
